This place was horrible. Don't take any of your clothes that need dry cleaning here. They gave my suit to another person, who took it to St. George where he was attending a funeral and he had to buy a new suit. I think he was more upset than I was. The manager could not explain why they had given my suit that was tagged with the tag they gave me to another person. So disorganized. They wrote in pen on the corner of all my white shirts. I don't know where they got the idea that writing in pen on people's clothes was a good dry cleaning practice.

Worst experience ever! Took a dress to be cleaned and it came back with stains on it. Plus one of the straps for the dress was missing. Contacting the manager/owner to resolve this issue was nearly impossible! After several weeks -- the manager arranged to meet me to resolve the issue. After rearranging my schedule -- she didn't even show. Issues still not resolved. Worst customer service I have ever had!

They damaged two of my garments. It took them about three weeks to give me one of the items back, no wonder why, they had ripped a button out in my leather jacket. I asked the manager to contact me, she never did. After two months of going back and forth with the issue, they refused to fix my jacket. The manager said it was a malfunction of the jacket... Dishonesty at its finest. Complete disregard for customer's time and complete ignorance of a concept called "Customer Service." They'd rather lose a customer instead of making things right.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They tore a 2 foot L shaped hole in my bedspread and the owner blamed it on the manufacturer and told me to take it back to Dillards.

Picked up my clothes today and their was an employee there with a totally different attitude than when I dropped them off. This one was cheerful and helpful. These qualities are extremely important in a service environment and all the employees at this store need to learn this. Clothes were done properly and on time.
