I WILL NO LONGER BE A CUSTOMER! The hours stated don't reflect the actual hours some employees allow you to do laundry. The female employee, not the boss, was very rude and had the door locked as soon as I left at 9:30 pm. When I returned at 10:10 pm, another customer was there too. She wouldn't let us dry, keep in mind, drying takes less than 25 minutes. She stated she was closed. Even though the boss and other employees always let customers dry as long as we are out by 11 pm. If they put it on the sign...they should honor that time! Ridiculous! #priceytoo

If I could give this place one star I’m sad to do so I should have zero stars I started the washer and it started to leak all over the floor so I push the emergency stop told the attendant and she states to me oh that’s your fault you shouldn’t of stopped machine so I ask her I was just trying to save the floor in your business she said oh well your problem now you have to pay for another washer explain to me the logic in this they attend it was very rude and refused to give me Supervisors number or anything and told me to come back in when the supervisor was here yes who has that time refusing to give out the number means bad customer service I will never be back

I used to like this place, but lately the staff is more concerned with their needs than employees. I just tried to dry clothes, and at 730 p.m. they had 3/4 of the place closed for cleaning, and all other dryers were full. They advertise no waiting and open till 11pm, but if you don't get their before 7 you're screwed.

Very bad service .. the washing machines and dryers are fine, but the lady who is at 7 pm in front is very rude and closes a lot of the laundry. Today she was very rude to me. If you do not want us to pass, put a sign that says not to pass, should not be so rude

Not even one star. The lady in the front is RUDE very RUDE. I told her one of the machines are broke it took my $. And the other was dirty with paper inside, she said not my problem. Didn’t give me my $ back she is so so so mean I have no idea what her problem is. Everything else is fine but her she is not good for customer service my kid got scared of her and asked me, Mom what is wrong you just told her the washer is broke wouldn’t she like to know so they can fix it. She makes this place uncomfortable environment for anyone. A man witnessed it who was also a customer told the employee just leave her alone and give her, her money back she was swearing at me but not once checked if the washer was broke. Horrible because of that lady is angry and very MEAN.

It's a nice enough place, they have lots of large washing machines for anything you might need to clean. And seems to be clean and well kept up, The attendant at the counter was helpful and friendly. What more can you really ask for at a laundry mat.

This is the third time I go to this place and really good service but the place is responsible for a very rude woman despot hours is 11pm and close at 8:20 pm just Mrs. closes access large washing machines is assumed that if the site offers a service to place some time should operate and provide service until closing time and there she begins to clean up at 8pm to be home at 11pm inits

Went there around 8 30 p.m sign on the door said 11p.m..then the young guy says we can't wash since they close for cleaning in 25 min. Guy was so rude about it didn't even apologize. Will NEVER go back. Go somewhere else people
