Ruined the hem on my temple dress. I had never worn it outside the temple, and it did NOT look like this when I brought it in. I was careful not to let it drag during transport either. Wish I had checked before I brought it home. Hard to see in the picture but it is dirty and even falling apart at one place. Looks like it had been stepped on.

The dry cleaning services are ok, but the alterations department is phenomenal! They helped me with my torn raincoat on the spot and I got to walk out with it in hand same day! Thanks guys!

Had a great experience with them pressing our wrinkly flags. Totally worth the money! But had an awful experience with alterations when I asked them to line a bridesmaid skirt. They hinted that they could get it done quicker than the promised time in case something was wrong. I ended up having to call them the day it was supposed to be picked up and they hadn't even started it. When I got home with my skirt I found out they lined it in the wrong place! I asked them to line it so the new layer wouldn't be seen at all, and they lined it in between the opaque and sheer layer... I was leaving same day to go to an out of state wedding so I had to deal with it. 5 stars + 1 stars = 3 stars

Lately I took pants in to get dry cleaned. I pointed out that there was a chocolate stain and they treated it specifically for that. I've gotten multiple suits, pants, shirts, and ties washed there. They've always come back nicely pressed and clean, and haven't had any problems. The wonderful staff at the front desk were very nice and attentive right when I walked in the door. They asked about stains and were always friendly and smiling. When I came to pick them up they were very quick to bring my clothes out. I don't know where else to dry clean in the area, but prices are comparable or better than anywhere else I've gone, and service is great.

Very nice facility. Cleaning done when they said. I didn't realize that I dropped off 2 pairs of pants with one of the suits, and so I was confused when they said they couldn't find the "5th item" with my order, so I said it was fine and took what I'd remembered, and what they'd found. Turns out they were right and there were 5 items. Called and they found them right away--the tag had simply fallen off. Everyone there is very friendly.

Best cleaning prices in the area. Occasionally an article will come back with a stain incompletely removed, but I tell them and they fix it for free. Overall positive experience.

I have had my suits cleaned here several times. They are always cleaned and pressed very nicely and by the time promised. The prices are also very reasonable.

I called in to see if they could hem one layer of a dress. I didn’t realize they had a one week turn around time for temple clothing and called in about 4 days before. I didn’t think it would be too complicated but the woman who I talked to on the phone was really rude about it. It was finals week and as a student I understand the craziness, but it is still a business and I was disappointed with how unprofessional she was.

Had to send a suit back three times because it was wrinkled badly. All my other suits I sent back once for the same reason, plus they had a bunch of stains and marks on them. I’m seriously not sure if they even touched them before I sent them back.

The service is reliable and reasonably fast, and the new facilities are great. Completely up to date, they are a big upgrade from the former laundry building. Customer service is also courteous and helpful.

We were told we'd have to wait a week to get 3 dress shirts back. If we wanted them back in 3 days there would be an $8 charge on top of the $1.80 per shirt. Took them to Madsen cleaners for a total of $2.55 more. Turn around time 1 day. This has happened too many times to count.

I've tried this place a few times. I'm a BYU employee, so I do get a little bit of a discount. However, the lower price isn't worth it. Every time I've dropped off my stuff they tell me a day about a week later to pick it up. I go in, it's not ready. I go back. Still not ready. They say they'll email me. They never do. When they were switching over their system the lost 3 pairs of pants and a few ties for almost a week. I finally came in and 3 of them had to go through their inventory by hand until the found my stuff and they were still dirty even though they'd been through the dry cleaning. Everyone was super friendly and kind, but I don't think I'll be going back.

They have always done an excellent job on my cleaning services and in sewing repairs and alterations! Dry cleaning is done very fast for an excellent price. The sewing cannot always be done in a rush, but their work is high quality.

I only give this a three star rating because I hope that the experience I had here was one of a kind and not typical. I called a day in advance to have them finish my order a couple of hours ahead of schedule, and was informed it would be done, but to call back the next morning to make sure. I did so, and was informed once more that it would be done. Upon arrival, I found out that it was not done. I was asked if I could wait 5-10 minutes, and I said I could. 20 minutes later, I was informed that they had not gotten to my order yet. Due to my work schedule, I had to leave and could therefore not pick up my order that day. What made it worse was that it was a Friday, and since for whatever reason they don't open on Saturdays, I couldn't pick it up until the next Monday, the exact thing I was trying to avoid by calling ahead of time. In any case, generally the customer service was good, and I was treated fairly and nicely. Also, the prices are pretty good. I just don't see why they don't open for a few hours on Saturday, since that's probably the best day for them to be open in a business sense. A good place, but I won't be going back.

They do a great job however, they never tell me when it will come back and every time I have been and asked they give me a "it could be Friday or it could be Monday maybe even Tuesday" the last two times they called me to tell me it was ready and when I arrived they sent me home saying it wasn't. I try to support it but its like their football team. over promise under deliver

Fairly unimpressed. Good prices and facilities, but the service has issues. It took four days just to clean three white shirts, and then they sent them to the MTC for some reason, meaning I had to wait another day to pick them up while they got them back. They have also lost some of my brother's items. And attached is the picture of the service that greeted my wife when she walked in to pick up my shirts.

Had to get my wedding dress dry cleaned and came here. Sadly, I got my dress back a week later than they assured me, it's wrinkly in the train (it wasn't wrinkly there before), and my original dress hanger was not returned to me but a cheap metal one. I had a few delicate runs in the fabric that I was hoping they could press out, but I may as well have flushed $70 down a drain because I got my dress back in pretty much the same condition that it was in before getting it "cleaned" and "pressed". Getting married in 4 days and I don't feel this service did anything for me, no time to go elsewhere at this point. Sucks. I'm sure good kids work here, but I'm never coming back.

Not sure why anyone thinks they have good prices? By any objective measure against local competition they don't. Slow and disorganized, quality fairly average. Used them for a few months because of convenience and couldn't stand to keep going.

I am very unimpressed with BYU laundry. I took my suit in on a Thursday and paid for a rush fee to have it completed by the weekend. They said it would be done on Friday. I went on Saturday to pick it up and they could not find it. They said they would let me know if they found it the next Tuesday. They reimbursed me for the cleaning and rush fee, which I was appreciative of. I did not hear from them on Tuesday so I called. They said they couldn't find it and the manager would be looking for it and would call me. I heard nothing on Wednesday or Thursday. I finally went in on Thursday in person. They found it within 5 minutes. It was frustrating that they did not keep me posted on what was going on. They seemed to not look for my suit when they said they would over the phone. I appreciate the prices and the cleaning was done well. But I was unsatisfied with the customer service in general.
