I have only been to do my laundry once here for a large comforter and when I went to use the dryer I did the maximum of 10 quarters. When the machine stopped working I rang the help bell and waited to see if anyone was around then I went back to the machine. I hadn’t seen a helper so I switched machines and forfeited my $2.50. The gentleman came out and was upset with me switching machines and told me I should’ve waited and now I had screwed it up. Well, honestly I don’t have time to wait around and he just seemed very rude to me. He did end up refunding my money but come on first timer here, he didn’t have to be so loud and rude.

Needed to wash my Cal king comforter, found this great laundromat that was clean, has well maintained Dexter machines, very friendly helpful owners.They have several mega load washing machines which I needed for my very large comforter. They only have single stack very large dryers (less waiting around due to long dry times. Their washing machines use enough water to really clean your laundry. More than any other laundromat in Utah. See photos.

This has been the best laundromat that we have stopped at along our summer road trip! The owner was very nice and had a nice long conversation with me while I was doing my laundry and made me feel very welcomed & at home. The facility is very clean ,friendly and a great atmosphere.....we didn't have any problem with the machines and they worked the way they were supposed to.

Convenient and clean. I really wish they had some sort of payment through bank cards, having to pull out cash and get insane amount of quarters seems behind the times. Parking is a nightmare. Washers work really well but the dryers seem to have a strange smell to them they always leave my clothes smelling like plastic. I really wish this location was open later it's the only laundromat for the surrounding areas. Seems to be well managed but their hours of operation would be the first thing I changed

- gross floors, sticky and make clothes stained if they touch it too much - no management to with anything even though the hours are posted - NO OUTLETS at all for you to charge phone, tablet, etc. - NO WIFI - minimum seating areas in small clusters (only 2-3 chairs) so bringing a family means being all spread out - like 20% of all machines were out of order Won't ever come back here.

Machines worked as expected. It was clean inside. I went in the evening. The parking lot was real dark, narrow, very little parking, hard to get in and out of. Next time, I'd probably go to a different laundromat that has a bigger parking lot with lights.

It was like a blast from the past visiting here. It has an authentic retro feel. Best of all, the owners take great pride in the place. The machines work well and the place is immaculately clean. Double and triple washer loads require 11 quarters. There is a change machine that accepts up to $20 bills. The washers won't spin your clothes as dry as some new home models. If you are taking your clothes home to dry, be prepared to increase the amount of time in the dryer.

I think they have gone under new management because as of recently, this place has been super ghetto. There are always machines out of order and it looks like no ones cleaned the floors or anything in months. The bathroom is disgusting and the general over all appearance of this place has gone waaaaaay downhill. Won’t be coming here anymore which sucks because it was my go to place.

After spending a 15 minutes talking to the owner and you can tell this is his passion and that he is proud of the great service they provide. I will continue to come back for many years to come.

I originally came here to wash some sleeping bags after going camping/hunting. The place is immaculately clean, the vast majority of all the machines are working(repaired and maintained by the owner) and have large capacities that are perfect for sleeping bags.

Doing massage requires washing sheets. I chose to try this place out. Great prices to wash $2.50 for a reasonable load. And 6mins for .25 not bad. When I have time to wash them at this place I will. Dryers work great.

Very good Mega Load washer ($5.50). It washed my thick sleeping bags in less than 30 mins. Drying time for my thick sleeping bag is about 90 minutes. Large load dryers cost.50 cents for 12 mins $2.50 per hr. Very good costomer service. Attendant is avaliable from 8am-6:30pm he and his wife are real nice good people. Place is pretty clean!

This place needs surveillance cameras inside. Things happen inside and we cant see what really happened. Lost my wallet inside the laundry and someone found it and took it. I wouldve got my wallet if only there was cameras inside.

This place is a surprising little jewel that's not well known. Sitting on a main road next to a newer business development is this old shop that's been around for decades. It has a small parking lot (you have to turn around at the other end if you're not in front), so don't expect to fit your bus of an SUV easily in. This place was built when cars were the main mode of transportation and the station wagon was probably the largest vehicle normally seen. The size of the place also mirrors the old days when there wasn't a lot of people needing to wash their laundry. That doesn't mean that this place isn't great. There are industrial front loaders that will take on a king size blanket. And there are bigger ones that will take on two or more (unless yours are extremely fluffy, then you might have issues). It's about $2.75 for a wash on the small machines and $6 for the large. Drying is $.25 for 6 minutes. All the machines are maintained locally so if they ever are down, it's not for long. And your money is well spent. You get a pre-wash, soapy wash, main rinse and a secondary rinse. I think the stuff I washed there has come out cleaner than my home machine (which is small and won't take on big blankets). There is also the standard supply of laundry items for those who forgot to bring their own. A lot of it is packaged by the owners, and might even be enough for two loads (though some think it's only good for one). They don't skimp. Why four stars? I can't do 4.5. The establishment is small and isn't meant for a lot of people. It's old too. It's a cozy place, but if you're looking for a lot of room to fold your laundry, a private place to sit and play on your phone, or lots of new amenities it's probably not going to impress you. But if you're just looking to clean a massive amount of stuff in a hurry, this place will do it and do it well. If I have to go somewhere to clean stuff, I'm coming here.

I came in on a Saturday afternoon because our washer broke. From the street, the place looks small so I wondered if I was even going to find an available washer. The facility is much bigger than it looks and they have a lot of well maintained machines. I tied up three washers and I was out in 25 minutes!

The new washers are great! They now have 5 of the really big washers to do bedspreads and sleeping bags. It's always clean and I can do a week's worth of wash, including my big stuff, in two hours.

A bit pricey, $2.25 for one load in a top loading machine and $0.25 for 6 minutes in the dryer. But it is clean and has a cute late 60s to early 70s vibe. Best place I've found in the Pleasant Grove and Amercan Fork area to wash clothes.

Their Dexter washers wash twice, which means cleaner clothes. Most places program their washers to wash once. Their prices are the best I've seen, $2.50 for a large load and about thirty five minutes long. The dryers are my favorite because they're old and work so well, twenty five cents for six minutes. I used seventy five cents for medium to large loads (it depends on how heavy your load is). My heavy load took $1 to dry all the way through. The place is well kept and you can tell the owners and love and take pride in their family owned business (50 years). The owner saw me loading clothes into an older washer and advised me to use his new Dexter washers that were slightly bigger (same price). He kept himself busy picking up, checking machines and talking to folks. Great machines, mellow atmosphere and great owners. This little business is one of American Fork's best kept secrets.

I love coming to this laundromat. The washers work very well and the dryers are the hottest in the whole country. Also, the bathroom is always clean. The original owners have run this establishment for over 50 years. They are a very nice couple who will help you in any way possible.
