We take shirts in every week and have been happy with the same day service and the friendly people who work here. I'm glad there is a dry cleaners that is convenient, fairly priced, and that does a good job. When we have had problems, they have always been willing to address them.

They are quick and their prices are low, sure. However, they heavily starched a few shirts of mine that I asked not to be starched and ruined the soft texture of them. Not very pleased...

DO NOT SEND YOUR CLOTHES to Best Value. They put a hole in the back of a sweater of mine and when I TRIED to talk to Aaron, Manager about it, he said that he would do nothing about it! He was unbelievably angry, sarcastic rude, bitter and said that he had enough customers -my business didn't matter and would not do anything about the HOLE they created in my sweater. He sunk a couple of steps lower when he shrunk a $400.00 sweater of my sons-it was a medium size and is now smaller than an extra small - NOT WEARABLE, (like my sweater) and ruined by the poor, cheap and fast dry clean methods and chemicals they use. NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR PART HOWEVER. Aaron said there would be absolutely no compensating for that sweater either - He actually said that we were just out for the money!! DO NOT PATRONIZE BEST VALUE AND this bitter, resentful little person who considers himself a businessman and his cheap way of treating people so poorly and ruining your clothes.

"Same day service. In by 9 out by 5" except for Saturday, found this out today (Saturday) Also, update Google Map hours. Google Maps says you open at 7am. Your hours changed in November, as per the sign you have hanging in the window.

STAY AWAY! The owner is dishonest, rude, and disrespectful. They stained one of my shirts. When I talked to the owner about it, he all but called me liar and absolutely denied that they had done it. I know that the shirt did not have the stain when I dropped it off. When I took it back the lady at the desk said that it was some type of cleaner that they use, and had seen similar issues before. They couldn't get the stain out. After being a loyal customer for six years and spending thousands of dollars there over that time, the owner refused to replace the damaged shirt. He was absolutely rude and disrespectful when I addressed the issue with him. The owner didn't care. They have lost my business.

If you simply need to pickup, expect to be ignored while they wait on the customer ahead of you to fumble for change or credit card processing. They have marked their prices up three times in a year and can no longer claim to be a best value. There's no specials, coupons, or incentive for recycling your hangars for their benefit. For a time they will try a volume discount until a new price hike absorbs it. A few miles north you can find better value dry cleaners. That's where I'll be taking my business.

The prices here are great. However there has been problems with pressing items. I took 3 blazers and all 3 are messed up. I cant even purchase these any more.

Some garments return with stains and they do not know how to press a blazer/jacket. And on top of that they can't remove simple stains. Though the staff is great and very friendly and the price is great, we won't be going back.
