Jeff is the best! He has gotten the worst stains out of my carpet time and time again. Whatever my twin boys (and the other 3 kids) can do he can get out, he's even gotten hair dye out! These guys are amazing. I called them late on a Monday night to help me with a huge carpet mess that had me stressed out of my mind and they took care of it 100 percent. Extremely professional. They covered my hardwood floor with tarps and blocked my walls so they didnt scratch anything with the hose. My carpets look brand new again. The first thing I was impressed with was that they were on time. Nobody you call in Utah is on time. First impressions led me to believe Jeffrey and Judy are kind people and I had absolutely no problem trusting them in my home. Jeffrey was obviously very knowledgeable about his profession and has many years of experience. I couldn't believe all the different tools and equipment they had to do the job right. They were completely honest on the phone, told me what they can and could try to do for me to fit my needs, so I didn't feel false hope in anything, when they arrived they came to my house on time, they were polite and happy/kind when talking with me and discussing what needed to be done! I was honestly SO impressed with what they did for the carpets since we almost went 2 years with NO cleaning due to the fact that we are young and didn't know you're suppose to get that done every 6 months or so and we have young ones hahaha (we are learning). Friday afternoon I discovered I needed somebody to clean our carpets urgently, before my dad moved in with us. They agreed to do it at 10:00am on Saturday. At 10:00 on the spot, Jeff, the owner, showed up and did a great job at a super value. No dinging me for an urgent job, just fair and honest pricing. He even checked for some water damage from a shower issue, which had nothing to do with our floors. He did it free, just to help. They did 2 rooms, our stairs and our tile entry and they all look great. I recommend Alpine.

I have my carpets cleaned approximately every 6 months. The carpet is always wet for days and stains resurface. I used Alpine Professional Carpet Care and my carpet is AMAZING. They brought blowers so my carpet was practically dry before they left and our carpet is spotless (it's cream colored and shows everything). Needless to say I have a new carpet cleainig service!
