Patty and Gloria are wonderful and knowledgable. William McAnelly has been impossible to deal with. After a brand new pair of tall, GAP colored jeans were destroyed, he belittled me with a $20 bill, so I wrote him and showed what the jeans cost. He never answered the letter and refused to take my phone calls. He owns this location, Lampasas Cleaners and Kingsland Cleaners. BEWARE!!!

Ms. Patti is amazing! She loves helping people & the quality is the best in town! They preserved my wedding dress professionally, and I honestly never imagined how sharp it would look when it came back! Great work!!

I highly recommend Casis Cleaners. I took some pants there to be altered, and Gloria was very helpful and polite. While there, she had to go outside to politely ask a man to move his truck. He was a customer at a nearby restaurant, and had parked in a VERY clearly marked spot designated for customers of Casis. He was able to move his truck about 10-15 feet from where he’d previously parked. Then he poked his head in and yelled at Gloria that he’d be contacting the owner about making a “disabled vet” move his truck. Well, maybe the “disabled vet” should have initially parked in a designated handicap spot, instead of the clearly marked Casis spot. I understand you may not see a person’s disability, which causes them to have a handicap hangtag; however, he was young, not on crutches, using a walker or any other apparatus to assist him with walking. Walking an extra 10-15 feet will not kill him. He just decided to be rude because he got his feelings hurt.

Absolutely the Best Dry Cleaners in Marble Falls! We've tried couple others in Marble Falls, but have thoroughly determined this is the place to take nice dress clothes. The staff are always so cheerful & happy to assist.

Need to change your hours! Got to spring cleaners on Saturday 5-10 minutes after y'all opened. There was a sticker on the door saying "be back soon" waited in the parking lot for an hour! Called later that day was told to come back Monday, Fastforward to today show up 5-10 minutes after you opened waited in the parking lot for about 50 minutes!! There was a line 3 deep by the time I lefy and still not open! I will be back!!!!
