I'm very disappointed in Reids. Reids placed coupons on the back of HEB receipts in Dripping Springs which did NOT have an expiration date, I cut and saved them (they were for $1.49 a shirt with no limit). I went into to your store at Ceder Valley yesterday (8/31/18) and they refused to honor the coupon, stating they expired (how could they with NO expiration date? The store also stated they had no button for them (what?) Its NOT my fault they did NOT place an expiration date on the coupon, but their fault for NOT honoring the coupons they placed out there to reel in customers.

The alterations department here and front desk service including manager are extremely horrible! I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Avoid these people and this business. It reminds me of a dry cleaners you would see on the south side of San Antonio...If you know what I mean. It’s the closest to our house which is why we went there for about a year. For starters, they are the most incredibly rude people Iv encountered in almost 20 years of dry cleaning clothes. They make you actually print a paper coupon if they have a promotion. The digital copy on their own website is not good enough. Isn’t Austin a green city? Again, a S side San Antonio feel to it. A few months ago the manager called us to apologize for the behavior of the young gal that was rude to us and the other 3 customers in there at the same time. She claimed she was pregnant and moody... I could go on but I’ll stop. Just avoid these idiots.

2/16/18: I paced one of your vans headed westbound on Highway 290 at 10:30 AM today near Circle Drive going 75 MPH in a 60 MPH speed zone. License #666-3099. That's extremely dangerous driving. 6/12/18: Still no response from Reid's to this review...

Drive through cleaner. Next day dry cleaning available. Employees are cool and hooked me up for next morning even though I dropped off late morning.
