I had been bringing my clothes for a while. And when they changed owners that's when I began having issues. For the week of Christmas I took in some clothes and all were done correctly except some pants that were new, and had been flat starched. I took them back and on Chroatmas Eve, they were wrong again. Finally the third time they got it right and they were creased. I'll be looking for somewhere else to go. No discount was ever offered.

i have always had issues from day one. i would address the issue and it would not get better. They ruined an article of clothing and blamed it on me...DONE!!!

I take my jeans there every week for cleaning and heavy starch. Every time I get them back they are either barely starched or half the jeans are heavy and they miss the other half. Picked up today and they didn’t even feel like they starched at all. Had to leave to redo and once I pick up I will be finding somewhere new. I asked if the manager knew about the issue and I was told a lot of people have been bringing jeans back for same reason. Figured I’d give them another try but seem to not want to take care of the issue.

Good place, responsive, fair prices. A couple of times, they damaged my jeans, but promptly fixed them, with no argument. They launder my jeans in cold water to keep them from shrinking, and always do a good job on my shirts. No arguments, just good service, so much better than the last place I used.

I have been coming up her for about a year now just about every Friday morning. It use to be really good a little pricey but I didn't care because the customer services was nice. If you where running behind in the morning or if I forgot something to bring up there they would take it and help you out no problem. Now they have new people there that do not know any of the regulars and don't know how to help people out its 9:20 am and I was running behind this morning and they couldn't take 1 pair of pants they stop taking at 9:00 am..?? What is 20 minutes I could understand if it was 2 hours customer service has blown out the window sense the other girls left. Looking for a new cleaners
