I took my very expensive wedding dress to Mustang Cleaners one week ago. The girl behind the counter (I believe her name is Erica) she was excellent with the customer service she provided. She was very polite and courteous.

If you expect good customer service at this cleaners, then go somewhere else. I took my husbands shirt in to have it laundered and when it came back I noticed a small brown stain on the tip of one of the collars and on one of the sleeves. I took it back to the cleaners and showed the attendant the stains and she acknowledged them and sent it back to be laundered again. When it came back there were more stains all over the shirt. I again showed the shirt to the same attendant and she said she would send it back again, but of course the stains did not come out. When I finally got a call from the manager, she informed me there was not anyway their machines could have caused the stains. I explained the shirt came in with no stains, but now it is ruined. She refused to take any responsibility. This not a way to treat customers, so if you are looking for a cleaners that will take care of you, you should go somewhere else.

At first I was kind of skeptical about this cleaners because of their prices being so low. I was used to paying $4.50 per item in my previous cleaners and this $1.99 deal here was too good to be true for me. But I've been using them for about 8 months now and I've to stay they have got my business!! Great prices and pleasant customer service. You can't beat that!!

Just moved to the area and was looking for a good cleaners to do my husbands shirts .... The collars on over half of the shirts were Very wrinkled ..... Some of the pockets were wrinkled. So I'm going to have to get my trusty iron out and do some ironing .... Never had an experience like this .... Usually the shirts are perfect. Looking for a new cleaners

DON’T GO - DON’T TRUST IT! Poor, poor & very poor customer service from the Manager of the business on Tuesday November 13 2018. The morning person or manager today was very unprofessional, and this wasn’t the first incident. I’ve been going to Mustang cleaners for 10+ years but in the last year they’ve made some changes that have been questionable (regarding prices) but more importantly the behavior of the staff, or manager is unacceptable. I’ve been very patient with the manager as there have been instances where she had an attitude and her tone wasn’t professional. There was an instance where she could not find my clothes upon pick up - I had my receipt but I had to jump in and scroll through all of the clothes to find mine myself. There have been times when I walked away not comfortable with what I was charged, but there’s no way to really challenge it because the price list they have listed is not detailed and it doesn’t list everything. (That makes no sense.) So being a creature of habit, I continued to frequent the cleaners because of the long standing relationship, and at one time they were a little cheaper than the other cleaners in Forney. Well after this morning, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and will gladly pay more for the services if required. Today is supposed to be the day where the Forney Mustang cleaners offers special pricing. So as I place my clothes on the counter this morning, I ask about the “Tuesday” special pricing for clothes. The Manager couldn’t really explain to me the special pricing but she did say that the pants would be $.50 cheaper than the norm...ok, what else I ask. As I stated, she really couldn’t give me a breakdown so after questioning her, trying to gain an understanding...as she sees the confused look on my face, she commenced to tell me that I didn’t have to leave them there. So I ignored her and asked her if she could understand my confusion and frustration because you don’t have everything listed and she agreed. So then she tells me about signing up with them through email and that I’d get coupons and etc...Well my wife has already done that and to this day all she’s ever received was the flyer for the “Tuesday Special”, which seems to actually be more detailed than the information listed in or on the cleaner’s premises. So I tell her to go ahead and sign me up. Again as she was signing me up, she makes the comment again that I don’t have to leave my clothes there, and that pissed me off. I explained to her that her comment was very unprofessional. You don’t tell a customer that because the customer is not clear on your pricing and trying to gain and understanding. She said the comment was made because I didn’t look comfortable with what she was unsuccessfully trying to communicate - she wasn’t clear and I wasn’t comfortable, but I was still going to allow her cleaners to take care of my clothes. I told her again that’s not what you say to a customer, that’s very unprofessional, you can’t tell me what I’m thinking or feeling and for you to continue to say that, as opposed to making the customer feel comfortable (especially when I’ve agreed to have your business take care of my clothes) is tacky, unprofessional and unacceptable. She continued to argue her point and because I didn’t accept her point of view, her reckless reasoning she told me to leave. Once I take my clothes back to my car, I returned and asked who is the Manager I would like to file a complaint, she said that she was the Manager and then she made a call to the police department, etc. So because she couldn’t explain her pricing and then she was challenged about her professionalism and what she did/said, as opposed to trying to make it right or make the customer “comfortable”, she chose to play the victim and call the police. (Cute) Calling the police doesn’t change who you are and your lack of professionalism.

I am back at this place after 5 years again to try out & this time I will give 5-star. The quality of service and the price i paid for my shirt and pants are best. Very much affordable as I usually dry clean my shirt twice a month. I would say everyone to try out and check out them once, you will feel it what i mentioned above.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I've been a loyal customer for years and here lately the service has been a complete joke. They have a sign to count your items before leaving.....it you choose to use this cleaners you better count your items. Missing cardigan that they insisted they didn't have finally showed back up a few days later. My jeans that I always get heavy starched are now returned to me barely starched at all. Even after staff requested the jeans be heavy starched on the ticket they were still returned to me with very little starch at all. I'm not sure what changed with this cleaners but I would not recommend them at all! Taking my busy elsewhere.

I can’t even describe how terrible this place is, but let me try for the sake of anyone reading this. I took 2 suits here to be dry cleaned before proposing to my girlfriend (pretty important time to look good). My clothes were done within 24 hours so I picked them up. I made the mistake of not checking them until I was putting them on before the proposal, you’d think they’d be pressed and look good coming from the dry cleaners. WRONG, my suit pants had been pressed/ironed right down the middle to take out the natural middle pleat. I couldn’t believe it, and to make things even worse they were EXTREMELY wrinkled. The pants looked like someone had gotten them wet, wadded them up in a tight ball for 24 hours, and let them dry wrinkly before hanging them back on the hanger to give to me. And even the suit jackets came back with wrinkles that they didn’t have before. No words can describe how frustrated and disappointed I felt as I tried to iron the correct pleat back into my suit pants moments before my engagement. Thanks for ruining a good suit Mustang Cleaners. I’ll tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague and hopefully they get put out of business soon so that they don’t ruin anyone else’s hopes and dreams on important days.

Was happy about how much lower the prices were until I picked my clothes up the next day. I originally dropped off 6 long sleeve shirts and 8 pairs of jeans to get an extra heavy starch. Come to pick them up and they are soaking wet with very little starch. 6 shirts and 2 pairs of jean all stuffed in a plastic bag, and 6 pairs of jeans in one plastic bag all ready to stink and mold. Instead of offering me a partial refund or someway to make the situation better since they just told me to take them home and hang them up until dried. I dont pay for halfass service and will not be returning until they make things right. Thats like a guy coming to cut your grass, just barely cutting the tops and saying "oh well" instead of fixing the problem by cutting it shorter.

My father in law took a couple of pair of jeans in. He paid for three patches for them. They only did two of the patches and still charged him for the third patch. He’s a “do the job right” the first time kind of guy. Needless to say they lost his business.

Horrible experience! This place messed up a quinceañera dress. The manager was rude and unprofessional. She tried to say they charged me the wrong price... So does that mean they had a reason to mess it up... TWICE?!? If you want a good and professional place do not go here!!!

Pay ONLY .99cents at Mustang Cleaners so, why pay $1.70 per shirt cross the street at Forney Cleaners. They even gave me a Free Luandry Bag. +Free Pants on Wed., Both promised 1day service & ready after 6:pm. Mustang had pickup ready BEFORE 6:pm and Forney Cleaners was AFTER 7:pm because "they had 2 guys not show up today". So I had to make 3 trips. I called the owner & of course got his voice mail & he has yet to call back. After 8 years of Forney cleaners we now have a new Cleaners with Equal service & alot better pricing. Oh Bedspread cleanings are only $12.99 vs $30.00+ elsewhere.

Terrible service, terrible employees, and I’m done. If you are in the business of dry cleaning and pressing clothing, why not handle them with care instead of putting 10 shirts in one bag, 5 suite jackets, and 9 pair of pants. This wrinkles everything after me paying you to clean and press my clothes. The employee was talking on her cell when I walked in and acted like it was a hassle for her to get up and get my clothes. She could care less and also informed me that it doesn’t matter if I request no more than 3 articles in one bag, “they aren’t gonna do it, they don’t care.” She also informed me this business lost a long time customer because they kept putting to many items in bags and it was wrinkling them. Well, they just lost another customer. I guess I will have to take my clothes into Dallas and have them done there, because Forney Cleaners isn’t much better.

Awful customer experience!! I took my brand new white pants to this cleaners which I had worn one time and they were returned and with blue and green dye solution from the dry cleaning solution. When I asked the girl at the front desk to take care of the problem she said that she would Retreat the pants to try to get the stains out. I simply asked for a refund on my $100 work pants and she proceeded to argue with me for over 15 minutes about how every other customer was satisfied with the results they received from this dry cleaning facility. I explained to her that I wasn't impressed with the service that I have received and I wanted a refund. She continued to argue and argue and argue and argue. I was told that the manager would call me after I had taken five trips up to the dry cleaner to retrieve my pants that were being retreated. I will never be back to this dry cleaners do to the poor service and the way that I was spoken to. As a customer who is paying for a service it is extremely important that you were treated with respect rather than being argued with for any length of time. I would not recommend this cleaners to anyone if you have nice expensive clothes
