Before the movers were able to deliver our stuff, we had laundry to do. Brought all of our stuff here and it fit into one of the five loads in one washers. Dried it all in the same type of dryer. Clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Best freaking laundromat I have seen in years!!! From the slide door to the abundance in washers and dryers....very convenient. Although they don't have a public restroom...stores and restaurants were nearby. It was also very clean!!!!

This place is awesome! They even accept credit/debit cards if needed. They have a variety of sizes of washing machines. Even ones that say they hold 8 loads. Perfect for large blankets. Wi-Fi is a huge plus.

I absolutely love this place! It is always clean and I enjoy talking to Fran whenever I come in. She is always very nice, helpful and does an awesome job of keeping the place clean unlike the other female there that is always on her phone and walks around looking unpleasant.

Clean, ample space, plenty of washer and driers, and best of all a decent area it’s located in. It’s down the street from major stores/restaurants so easy to get everything you need done in this area. My favorite part is the huge washer/dryers, for $5.?? you can fit about 2 1/2 loads into one washer and dry the same load in one dryer after. Being that my Husband is military naturally we have a lot of clothes to wash, using the big ones saves us so much time and hassle. There is a bathroom as well and always someone working who can help you with any issues or they’re usually cleaning. My ONLY complaints are there are usually kids running around and playing in the baskets while their parents say/do nothing. Being a mother myself I understand being preoccupied, but it’s to the point it’s distracting for others and somewhat dangerous. My daughter is very young and it’s concerning seeing a basket flying down the aisle with complete disregard to others. This isn’t so much as the establishment’s fault as it is the quality of people that come to this location, but it can still be quite annoying. My other issues are people pulling up blasting music to look cool for no apparent reason, cool you’re washing laundry, do you have to be obnoxious about it? Finally, people smoking right near the entrance. The workers here smoke near it too so it’s not uncommon to have to walk through a toxic haze. It’s just inconsiderate and since the employees also do this no one says anything to these rude individuals. So again, not the nicest people come here. These aren’t deal breakers by any means, but it would be nice to see more order. I’m not going to fight over something silly while I wash clothes so I just mind my business and get what I need done done, but just wanted people aware.,

Came here to wash my comforter that didn't fit in my washer. Fran helped me picked the right washer to use, she was very friendly and professional. The whole time I was there she was greeting people and cleaning. I'll definitely be back if I need to wash my other comforters!

I would give this place a zero if I could, the dryer didn't work when we told the worker she just said you should've split up the load. The dryer wasn't even warm. Didn't even offer to replace the money spend, just told us to go to a different dryer.

Rude staff , the blonde girl wants to close at 10 if posible ... when they actually close at 11 o'clock .. she almost threw us out of the laundry , she was standing up right next to us at 10:15 pm .... not ever come back and also will call to make a complain .

It's not bad for a coin wash. You can use your debit card here and it stays open kinda late so that's a big plus in my book. My only complaint is I wish they would have more than one restroom. Maybe one for women and one for men.

I came in at 9 pm to do my laundry as its the only time i could go, and the lady who was working made a fuss about it being late and that my laundry needed to be done and in the dryer by 9:30! It says on the door last load by 10! It doesn't say anywhere 9:30! She was very rude!

I usually like this place but i find it very aggravating that my kids run around the washers for a few seconds when I have my back turned(which is why we usually keep them in our vehicle because we know how they get, so out of respect for THE POSTED RULES we keep them under control) and the lady in charge tells me right away that they cant do that but I'm here today march 29th 2017 at 6:00 and theres a lady letting her 3 kids run around and play with the baskets and push each other in the baskets and bumping the baskets into stuff but the lady in charge today doesnt say anything and its been going on for almost 30 minutes. Wont be returning since i get told about my kids breaking the rules for a fraction of the time someone elses kids do way worse for way longer.

Bottom line: This is the best Laundry facility in Killeen, Copperas Cove, and Harker Heights combined! So get this! I'm sitting here while my clothes are washing and the worker is constantly cleaning. It's sooooo clean. And the best part is that it costs only some change to wash and dry my clothing. I really do love this place. This facility has an impeccable appearence. I love that the washer and dryer machines accepts cards. My only gripe is when I asked one of the staff about the wifi password since it advertises free wifi she stated that owner does not offer that amenity anymore. I'm not sure if this is true.....

I go to this laundromat probably every one and a half to two weeks and I love it, we don't have a washer and dryer In our apartment because we need the space for my husbands military gear so I frequent here often, the staff of very nice although I see the same lady everytime I go here (and still haven't gotten her name, tsk). She is always very nice when I go and we chitchat here and there. The washer and dryers are very good and the plus side is that they have different sizes of washers which I LOVE. They also have wifi which is a plus. One very important thing I noticed is that for the last year that I have been going here I can count on one hand how many washers or dryers I have seen "out of order" which again I Love because you don't have to stand around and wait on this or that person to finish . I would highly recommend this laundromat to anyone. Friendly staff and clean environment. I haven't had any problems thus far.

Come here to do my large comforters and blankets. The washers were excellent and enjoyed the large capacity. Nice to be able to use my card instead of cash too!! The dryers worked extremely well. Facility was clean and well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone !! Definitely showed pride in ownership by appearance of facility and machines.

Always clean! Every time we go someone is always cleaning. The two negative are that, some customers like to sit down on top of the tables which are for folding clean clothes. There are plenty of available chairs to sit down. Also some customers park on the handicap parking when they don't have a permit to do that. They just want to park closer to the door. Not the laundry fault, just customers who don't have common courtesy. Other than that great clean place to wash and dry many loads at ones.

Fran was really helpful towards me and she showed me how to operate the machines . I didn’t have any problems what so ever . All the areas were clean and everything was spot less . Fran was constantly on the move helping out customers and cleaning . She also talked to me and got to know me a little better and offered to help me even further if she needed too . She shared some experiences with me that made me more comfortable in the environment as well as always gave me a smile and saved me some money in the process ! While showing me what equipment I should use for my loads !!! She is an excellent employee and the rating I am giving 100% goes to her for her positive attitude and kind heart ! Thank you Fran ! It’s nice to talk to someone after a long night at work and I enjoyed the experience .

I absolutely love this place. Especially fran she is a sweet heart. Very professional and is always busy and cleaning constantly. Fran takes time to get to know each one of her guests and is on top of helping in choosing what machine to use for what load and what not. I give fran a five star rating in professionalism and cleanliness and hospitality. The other girl u have working there however is very rude and hardly does anything including cleaning and is always on her cell phone..

This place is right around the corner from my House so this is where I go. Usually staffed if you have any issues. Clean and well maintained. They have TV's and free WIFI , change machines, Vending machines for quick snacks and laundry needs. There's always someone there cleaning, sweeping or wiping stuff down.

I haven't been to a laundromat for years and years. In fact, I don't think I've been to one since I was a little kid. I know have three children and so when our family of 5 had an emergency where we had to wash every pillow, blanket, sheet, towel, coats, hats, etc. That we own, instead of wearing our washer and dryer out and it taking days and days we decided to try this laundromat. First of all I expect it to cost at least 3x what it did. With their giant washers and giant dryers not only was it very cheap, but took less than an hour. The lady that was working was so nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place and be back myself.

Very clean location! I had never been to laundromat before and I was very surprised to see that it was not at all how I thought it would be! They have the largest units I have ever seen in my life! Which also made it very quick and efficient to get all of laundry washed and dried! Prices are dependent on the size of the unit you are wanting to use.

I only went here to use the dryer nothing to much 3 baskets of clothes. It states 1 quarter gets you 5 mins but the dryer stops at 3-4 mins. Then 2 of the dryers I tried never heated up I put a $1 in both of them and wasted my time. At the end of this I wasted $6 dollars & my clothes are still wet. Won't be back!
