Try Granbury dry cleaners. You can drive through the drive-through and drop off your clothes which is a great thing to be able to do. their shirts are very reasonable to get them done and they do clean my slacks as well. Usually you can get your shirts back within a day

They gave my husbands suit jacket to another customer and did nothing to get it back. He was flying out to a very important business meeting and really needed that jacket. They were rude and did nothing to get the jacket back. They wouldn’t even call the lady to see if I could run and pick it up. They said it wasn’t there problem. I wish I knew the owner of this business. I will never go back and make sure everyone knows how terrible they are. No customer service.

I’ve been taking my clothes here for about 3 weeks now just to be washed dried and folded and it honestly looks like they wadded up the clothes and put them in a bag they have so many wrinkles you couldn’t wear these out in public.

To the lady below who said nothing was done to correct our mistake regarding the suit jacket: I am the manager you spoke with on the phone the night this incident occurred. While your husband was still in the store, I contacted the customer who had the suit jacket as soon as we realized what had occurred. I explained to your husband that the other customer would bring the suit jacket back first thing in the morning, and i apologized for the inconvenience. We understand that this was a frustrating incident, but it was an easily correctable mistake. When you called, you asked for information i was not allowed to give you. We respect the privacy of all of our customers, and we NEVER give out the private information of any of our customers under any circumstance, and this is what was being asked of us. I would also like to add that the suit jacket was returned first thing in the morning, as promised. We followed company policies and procedures regarding this incident, and we are so sorry that this unfortunate mistake occurred.

The ladies at the front counter were exceptionally nice and super helpful for this overwhelmed momma! They were able to do same day press for my sons tux for a wedding the next day and pointed me in the right direction for alterations for my dress. My sons tux looks fantastic!! Can’t say enough about their kindness, quickness and respectfulness!!

The folks are friendly here, BUT... I’ve been bringing my jeans (wranglers) here for almost a year. I wear jeans for work (sales), and I prefer to have them starched and creased. Almost every time that I pick them up, there is an issue with double creasing. I have asked them several times to be careful of the creases - they’ve even tagged them with a note about the creases. No luck. Today I put on a pair of jeans and I noticed that the crease was double by an INCH...on one side only. I stopped by to speak with the manager this morning. She said that she was ‘sorry’. Thanks. I am going home to change. I will spend another $4.00 somewhere else to get them done right. I am DONE with these folks. I spend my hard earned money every week on dry cleaning, and NOT ONCE have they ever offered to fix or redo my jeans. Find another place to take your clothes.

Today is Oct 18th, 2018. My name is Joann Szuhay not Joann Boyer. I picked up my dry cleanable queen size comforter yesterday and put it on my bed from the very nice plastic zipped up bag that my comforter was delivered to me in. However, after placing my comforter on my bed I was so disappointed. My comforter was totally wrecked. The outside was clean but the stuffing on the inside was completely a mess. Most of the inside blanket was completely piled up inside one corner of the comforter. I tried to call and complain but their phone tree said it was soo full and it could not accept any more messages. I am out a brand new comforter which was $100 plus the cost of the dry cleaning bill which was $60.00. I would not recommend you take comforters to this establishment.

If you want your jeans starched don’t go here. I have gone twice and asked for extra heavy starch on my husbands jeans.... when I pick them up they are barely lightly starched at all. Super disappointing!

I'm always hesitant to take my clothes somewhere, as some of my pieces range in the four figures. With that said, I took several pieces from collections of mine to be cleaned here. The owner was ever so kind, and my clothes are impeccable! I will certainly be a returning customer! Thanks y'all!

We used this cleaners for years and they use to be great. Sadly they have many new people and we have lost items and have had damaged items and they will not accept responsibilty for it. If they had actually followed up by even offering some sort of acknowledgment we may still be with them today but, this is not the case and we have taken our business to another company.
