So done with this place. Took my infamous white dress shirt in there again today for the annual Vegas trip plus all my other stuff and my wife's. 2017 and 2018 they managed to have me make multiple trips up there for that white shirt because they don't seem to know how to keep colored lint off of it. Not just a little bit of colored lint, a lot to the point that it looks trashy. I was gonna try again here in 2019. Walked in today in what is an apparent pig stye, always looks like a bomb went off in there and so disorganized. Rang the cow bell super, sarcastically loud and no answer. Kept waiting and even heard some noise in the office where they have a camera monitor so I know they can see me waiting there. It wasn't until after I was back in my truck that someone finally got off there chair to peek outside. Probably just making sure nothing was being stolen. This place needs to close. Its so filthy and unkept when you walk in, service is non existent and the quality of the product is poor at best. There is never anything proactive done about the poor service, its always reactive and damage control. I can't imagine how much worse this place would be if we lived in a world without reviews. The people of Forney have money to spend and I would venture to guess that most are willing to pay a premium price in exchange for premium service and no headache. Too bad all we ever get are places like this. 01-03-2019

This IS my favorite cleaners in Forney. They also give a military and retired military discount to all service members. The price is a little higher but the quality is better also. Friendly staff of which I'm grateful.

I retract what I previously stated. The owner of this company called me with minutes of posting my review today offering me the most sincere apologies and said if my jacket was not found that he would cut me a check for it. He offered me a few tips to help ensure that this won't happen to me again. After a few hours, he left me a message saying he had found it!!! I'm so grateful!!!! This is what makes makes a business stand out above the rest. When just one person especially the owner goes above and beyond and out of his way, cause I'm sure he had plenty of other things he needed to do today, just to find one jacket is the perfect example of what true customer service is. Thank you, Ben. You have totally restored my faith in your business!! Forever grateful!!! First, I paid $12.75 for an alteration which was a very simple seam repairs. Got it back two weeks later, the hole was not repaired. I let that one slide. Then my $100 work blazer that I'm required by my job to wear was not even put into their system and they had the nerve to ask me to go home and check my closer because they didn't have it. Poor customer service and a company ran by adolescent teenage girls that don't do their job efficiently at all.

I took 29 items in to be cleaned, several days later I pick up my dry cleaning and everything has lines and wrinkles. I called them back they came out to my house got the items and did it again. I got a refund for a couple items after the second go around. They are not good at what they do. I asked to speak to the owner, he was in Florida. I was also told they just hired several new employees. So, the owner hires new employees and then goes on vacation to Fl. It is obvious, he didn’t train the staff before going on vacation. It is also obvious he could care less about the quality and caliber of service his business provides. I am going elsewhere, no shortage of good dry cleaners in the area.
