This dry cleaners is the best. We had an unexpected death in our family and they went out of their way to ensure we didn't have to worry about having our things cleaned and pressed in a very short amout of time. They will definately have our business going forward.

I called all the cleaners in town and they were by far the best price. I saw the negative reviews but this phone call was kind and so I decided to give it a try. Thank God I did. They are kind, caring, fast, good, and very reasonable with prices. The staff has always been great and the ONLY minor minor complaint I have is that I asked for a button to be fixed and they forgot. I wasn't charged and that's just a communication error. They are kind and great. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. I will continue to take my business there with pride.

They damaged one of my shirts and claimed I brought it in that way. It was so ridiculously obvious that they burned the fabric. It was an inexpensive shirt and would have been no big deal if the manager would have been honest about it. Instead she chose to argue with me. Very poor customer service.

First time customer. 5 shorts ruined do to being creased. I do not crease my shorts or jeans so I specifically asked for no crease and they still creased them. Now that they've been creased the line down the center from being creased won't come out.

Being in retail all my life I know that customer service is greatly appreciated. I was 20 minutes late for same service and she wouldn’t accept them. I understand rules are rules but she bluntly said no. I called and asked if I can at least have half of them done, the same woman said no again. I actually considered picking them up and bringing them somewhere else. My husband works out of town, if I would have known about the time I would’ve been there on time. So now I’m having to drive to Houston back to Waxahachie and then back to Houston again to drop off his clothes and then go home In Italy. ....20 minutes .....really?
