Not only is this place way over priced and I knew this going in but it's close so. My jumpsuit was returned without its belt. I specifically asked the clerk should I take the belt with me no we can clean it. Picked it up belt MIA. They will try to find it and get back to me. Not acceptable won't be going back .

My husband has gave them more than enough times to get his items correct. They have put creases in pants that weren't suppose to have any. Also they've put brown stains on white pants claiming it's the starch. Their cleaning job is horrible, I might as well do it at home! Thanks but no thanks!!!

I've given up and gone elsewhere. A year ago they were great. But since then my shirts are more wrinkled when I get them back than when they were dropped off. They wad the clothes together and clip them for convenience, but I prefer fresh well pressed clothes, so I am done here.

It's hard finding a quality place to take my suits. This place always does a great job in cleaning my suits, shirts, and ties. Perla, the attendant there, its always kind and professional. I like that she always remembers who I am without having to ask. That's great customer service.

This place has the worst customer service starting with the clerks. I took in a heavy duty jacket that had some stains from charcoal. I asked if the staff would be able to get out the stains. When I returned to pick up the jacket the stains were not removed and the rest of the fabric on the jacket was discolored. I was told that the jacket was just wet and needed to dry. I left the jacket at the business for an additional week and there was still no change in the fabric. The owner initially stated that they would not replace the jacket because it was my fault!?! I can understand if you can get the stains out, but the remaining jacket should not be ruined. Stay away from this place at all costs if you value your clothing!!

Terrible customer service. Dropped off several shirts to be dry cleaner as well as a pair of jeans to have a button put back on. I left the original button to be put back on. I was told all items would be ready the following day after 5pm. I returned two days later to pick up my items and was told the jeans would not be ready for another two days. I let them know I needed them the next day. I was then told they could be ready the next day. Returned to pick up the jeans, was charged more than double what I was originally told it would cost, and they replaced the button with a completely different button that doesn't even come close to matching the rest of the jeans. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
