AVOID THIS BUSINESS! They are rude to customers, unable to complete a simple hem and taper, and definitely do not value their customers. Went here to get some dress pants hemmed and tapered. They only tapered from one side leaving the crease to no longer be centered when I got the pants back. Took them back so they could taper from both sides of the leg, keeping the crease centered, and when I picked up the pants this time they were too short (apparently they had to redo the hem in order to fix the taper). Finally went to pick up the same two dress pants a third time and the crease was centered and the hem was finally correct. Each time I brought the pants back it was a long discussion with the seamstress and front desk worker, that usually entailed them insisting they did it correctly when it was quite obvious that it was not correct. I assumed after all of that they would be able to handle more dress pants for me (exact same pant as the two before), but they refused to do any more pants and said it was "too much work". If a place that advertises their alterations is unwilling to hem and taper pants, it is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Took my Houston texans hat here to be Dry cleaned and there were NO problems it came out like it was brand new. ill be taking and thing in the future i need dry cleaned here. they are a lot better then that OTHER place.

She quoted a price of $10 to $12 when I dropped them off. She couldn't even follow the previous line. Charged me $12, and I made the mistake of not checking them before I left. Go somewhere else, save yourself the time and trouble.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Only once had a small problem with an item they cleaned (I noticed it after i got it home). They apologized and were happy to correct the problem.
