My first time their an figured the place just opened up for business I noticed animal hair inside the washer in the edges of the washers .. disgusting I was grossed out the place is convenient from where I live but it really needs deep cleaning an sanitation for sure

This is the cleanest laundromat in Knoxville. However, since new owners have made it 24 hours, it brings in some of the homeless making it feel unsafe later in the evening. The bathroom door has not been fixed to shut properly in about 6 months. Last downside, no way to contact someone in the event there is an issue with a machine (for example: a courtesy tag to let the owners know of an issue with their machines)

great laundromat. VERY clean interior, never smells bad. cool arcade cabinet and snack options. nice HDTV on the wall as well. designated smoking outside. very brightly lit and a safe establishment. a little on the pricier side, but, you'll definitely notice the difference compared to other local laundromats.

This place has become better. It is now 24 hours and they have a drop off service. I haven't used that yet. It usually costs me about $20 to do 3 loads of laundry, and that includes drying as well.

I wish I could give this place zero stars! I felt so nasty even walking in there but I really need to laudry. I went to put clotghes in a washer and I'm not lying roaches ranout it in it all over it! So disgusting! Maybe dont stay open 24 hours so you can clean that disgusting place.

It's clean it's spacious there's vending machines there'Wi-Fi and I like the automatic door because I always have a lot of laundry and makes it easier. It's the door that brings me back every time lol

Washers are quick but slightly more expensive than I'm used to. Totaled $4 to finish a load, but satisfied. Area is clean, arcade and tv for random enjoyment. Overall a nice spot to stop and do laundry, will probably be coming back in the future.

Nasty..... It you call this place clean I'd hate to see dirty through your eyes. They never deep clean this place. Dust and dirt in every crevice. Door to the bathroom was broken last time I was there, should I say busted, it couldn't be locked. I felt real safe.....NOT.......

It's clean and the machines are well maintained. There is a choice in size of washer but the dryers are all large. There is a TV and free WiFi.

Great laundromat, open late, clean and fast dry. Less expensive than other laundromat too. Expect to pay $12-13 for 2-3 small loads and dry.

Need someone to check every couple hours or hang up a sign with phone numbers to call if problem. I was washing clothes and needed a restroom, theirs was a mess. Held it. Machines are nice, reasonable price.

It was very clean inside and outside.. plenty of parking close to entrance .. totally handicap friendly, including a large motion-sensing front entrance..plenty of New Age machines with a good variety of sizes & pricing for both washers & dryers..lots of clean folding tables.. And they are open 24/7 with full-time surveillance inside & outside...
