Rocco Cleaners has been my go-to dry cleaners since 2011 when we moved here. They know my name. They know how I like my shirts. And they get it right every time. Not just as a local member of the business community, it is always nice to see their family at sporting events, etc. Do yourself a favor and let them care for you they way they care for me!

Originally I gave this business a 5 star review, because working with them was hassle free and I felt like everything we paid for was taken care of. But after receiving this 'cleaned and preserved' wedding dress, I changed it to 1 star. Tried talking to the owners, but their daughter was the only employee on site, and she wasn't even really an employee. The problem wasn't with their daughter, but she called her mother to try to fix the situation, and the mother was hell bent on telling us that they've been doing this for almost 40 years, and have never had a complaint. Pictures attached are the preserved dress we received that's in an air tight cardboard box. Imagine opening this box in 'X' amount of years, to give this dress to your daughter and seeing a dress that was supposedly preserved and seeing its still off color, mildly dirty, and just thrown into this unopenable display box that you're not supposed to display. We'll be taking this to another location to get it fixed.

I have been doing business here for over 12 years. They always do a great job. They have never lost anything or damaged anything. They are very courteous and professional and I LOVE the drive thru drop off and pickup.
