Excellent customer service. I had three cards with three different balances. One with a large balance and two others with small balance. I called the number posted around the laundromat and they combine the smaller balances with my larger balanced card.

When I walked in here I was amazed at the cleanliness, the ease of use, and the practical layout of this place. The FasCard system makes doing laundry very simple, and the discounts it gives me are very nice. There is a number I can call if I have an issue. This is how modern laundromats should be.

I was very impressed with this laundromat. It has been updated since the last time I went in years ago, but compared to the competition (wash land super coin laundry), it is far in the lead. I really liked that the machines would lock after I paid so I didn't have to watch my clothes wash to make sure no one took them out. The patrons there were a lot less "sketchy" than the other laundromat as well. I also paid nearly $20 dollars less for the same amount of laundry ($6 at national laundry to wash and dry!)

The credit card machine on the a lot of the washer are broke they don't tell you until after the fact. Where you get soap at has what should be in on but bought soap and got dryer sheets. Bought dryer sheets and got dryer sheets. The guy that work they must be the owners kid or something. He is sorry and I'm not sure he knows where he is at.

Recommended by a local. Okay cleanliness. The washers need to be wiped out were you put in your soap and softener as well as the tops of the larger washers. Washing and drying was good. One run for the dryers and clothes were dry. Spent $35 for a family of six's dirty laundry.

I have a washer and dryer. But I have have a well, and have hard water. I take my clothes in to wash. They have the big washers. The double loaders for around 3$ and change. I can do 2 loads of laundry. Very affordable and clean.

First & only time here & I WAS OVERCHARGED On my card!!!! Washer says $7.50 , I used two of them to find that i was charged a total of 21.00 . Not cool at all. Not recommended .

Place is always clean and they have cameras there. I feel safe there anytime of day or night.

Other than some stuffing in the floor the place was clean. I haven't been to a laundromat in years, and will be coming for the foreseeable future, and it was so easy to set up an account and get the app so I could see when my clothes were done when I had to go to the store. Security cameras made me and my kids feel safe and the TVs kept them entertained.
