Rude to customers and totally unhelpful. Twice I've been there and twice they have been rude to me for asking a simple question like "Can you get this coffee stain out?" Try not cocking an attitude with your customers please.

The seamstress is absolutely incredible. She managed to make the side seam of my favorite weaved jacket was torn and unraveling and now it looks new. The gentleman at the counter has always been excellent. They did a wonderful job cleaning 2 winters off my winter jacket!

I have been doing my laundry here for over a year. The laundry mat is kept clean and the service is friendly and professional. They are very understanding with my noisy and running around toddler. I have only had a good experience here. It's the best place in town.

Thank God for the ability to post ratings! This was without a doubt the rudest service experience I've ever had. I needed to run a short errand after starting my laundry. I told the young male attendant that I might be a bit late changing from the washer to the dryer. The laundromat was empty so it didn't seem a big deal to me. He said that he'd have to move my laundry if anyone else came in. I said no worries. Then he said to make sure I came back and get my laundry because people abandon their laundry. His tone and manner implying I was a deadbeat launderer. I came in my grubbies so maybe I did look deadbeat. No matter, basic courtesy should be extended. Then, their bill changer wouldn't take my nice, crisp bills. I asked for change. He insisted the changer worked. I went back and dutifully tried again. Still no luck. He angrily snatched my bill and used the machine, and for him, it worked. I tried again with my next bill and it too, was rejected. So I tried yet another. Didn't work. Went back to the counter and he was so exasperated I had to ask him not to treat me like an imbecile. Again, the damn machine worked for him. I asked him while he was at the machine to please change my other bill. I said I was short on time and evidently the machine liked him. Not sure why tho. In a raised tone of voice, he nearly yelled that the laundromat was self service. I had enough. I pulled out all my clothes, that already had soap on them, and left. His rudeness was inexcusable especially as there was no provocation. There are other laundromats in town. I will never use this one again.

Clean facility. There was one man who got frustrated with me because an article of clothing got shut in the washer door and water leaked on the floor but that is understandable; this same man also gets very annoyed when customers put too many clothes in one dryer. He could have been more polite but it didn't ruin my day or anything. Overall a good experience. One gentleman even helps us carry our laundry out to the car every time.

Not sure why the bad ratings. The laundromat is clean, has free wifi, the machines are modern and the price is good. We have been traveling through America for the past two months and this place is certainly among the best laundromats we came across with.

Machines ate 4.50 and the next machine left my clothes all soapy and the guy said he only has the keys to lock the door there’s nothing he can do about it. So not impressed ☹️. But at least on a positive note he left the place open so i can rewash my clothes, even though I shouldn’t have too. And the dryers worked great, dryed my clothes in a half hour.

Avoid this spot. When you see this place appear in your search result, run the other way. Came in at 7:40 pm, the lady refused to let us do the laundry. The place closes at 9 pm. She said she couldn’t take “the risk” of having us start at 7:40 pm. We shared that we would be done much before 9. She showed us the door. How they stay in business is beyond me. Extremely impolite, self important and truly uncourteous. Please don’t patronize a mean business like this.

Very friendly. Enjoy chatting with them when I use the dry cleaners, and most specially their alterations services. They have always done a good job. Have also used the laundromat several times. Use the laundromat now fairly often. Same friendly personnel from the dry cleaners. Always smile and speak to you.

Better to bring your own roll of quarters, because their change machine will short you on occasion and when you tell the attendant all you get is the machine would not do that. IT DID THAT!! It shorted me a whole quarter...lol. But the attendant should have made it good. Otherwise seems like a clean place.

Good place. Really convenient location (across from the local police department) makes me feel safe even during a late night trip. Would be great if they had a public restroom; and perhaps a bigger selection of laundry products in the vending machine. Other than that this place is perfect.

Not a great place. Its not pricey as laundromats go, but it's not the cleanest place and more machines were broken than not.

Used them several times for wash and press, definitely not the best at getting spots or stains out. Had them repair some shirts and replace a zipper, and just a few months later the zipper seam came unraveled. When I asked them to resew it they refused to- without charging me again. I didn't care about the money as much as I wanted them to just stand behind their work.

Opened washer, found baggie with used bloody q-tips. Next machine broke and keep my $4.50 in quarters plus .75c for the soap. Sign says ring bell for help. Punk teenager employee saw me ringing the bell and quickly snuck out back exit and drove away. Wet towels lying on floor sopping up water from leaking machines. Business OBVIOUSLY reflects owner.
