Very prompt and responsive to email queries. I've always found the Kingston location to be very bright, clean, and safe. Really appreciate the wide tables to fold, the ample and sturdy wheeled baskets, and the seating with tables. The machines are usually very reliable and efficient. All in all an strong alternative to a home laundry.

Washers i used paid $3.50 a load and they didn't ring out.clothes were sop and wet. Took alot longer in dryer to dry. Won't come back here..

I really like the updates they have made here!! It feels peaceful and it always smells so good! The smell of fresh laundered clothing is an absolute favorite scent!! So relaxing!

Left 2 emails with only a phone call from the Kingsport afiliate. Lenoir City mat is where I lost only 36 or so min of dry time due to no heat. Met and asked a lady whom seemed to be working there (short blond hair) didn't even ask if I wanted my money back. Seeing how I spend over $60 a week here.....I'll take my business elsewhere AGAIN. Yours truly, another hard working American who values every penny she earns.

Just a laundry place nothing special. The machine's will take your money, you can leave a complaint in there worthless box and even talk to the bald guy that works there and it doesn't make any difference to them. If you can find a better place just go there..

It was a horrible experience! I was verbally attacked in front of my children, neice and nephew. The man threatened me by calling FBI and cops. He jerked the rolling basket from me when I was bringing it back in and said this is mine. I will never go back there and don't recommend no one else to it either! I would actually put no stars but it shouldn't let me.

This is a 24 hour laundery. With that comes a whole different dynamic. I had read the reviews, but was pleasantly surprised when I used it. The place was fairly clean and the washer and dryer worked, so it did the job well for me!

Very clean. Reasonable prices. Small acrade. Vending machines. Dollars to coins, a dollar to $10. Free wi-fi and restaurants in walking distance.

Crooked Laundry for sure. Can't get a hold of anyone when you lose money due to old broken down equipment that is charging customers 3.25 to wash. Ripoff Reality. They put new emphasis in "Taking you to the cleaners"

Awful! The man working here is rude, the machines are old and don't work correctly but don't dare ask for help because will treat you like your the idiot even after he had to reset the machine because it didn't works. Wow, just wow!

Really nice laundry place. Huge industrial washers and dryers, arcade games, soda and snack vending machine, and cable TV. It's pretty laid back and cool there.

It's been awhile since I use Coin Laundry about 20 years lol..... This locations clean and in a shopping center where you can grab a sandwich and check out some retail stores while you're doing your wash.... The best part it was clean inside, well-kept.
