They do a fine job with your clothes but I've never found them to be particularly professional when dealing with customers. That's not, of course, too important as long as they do a good job and are at least friendly but on my most recent visit they were anything but. The very little brunette girl who was working that day barely spoke, never smiled, and after I prepaid she tossed the pen to the computer and walked away. No "thanks", no "have a nice day", no nothing. She couldn't even be bothered to tell me when my clothes would be ready. I'm not looking for a back rub or anything but if I'm giving you my money I'd appreciate it if you would at least act like you're thankful.

I’ve gotten my clothing cleaned with them on several occasions. The customer service has been pretty good until recently. A brunette that was working at the front didn’t have the best customer service skills. She barely greeted me and didn’t smile. She also had a slight attitude with me when she couldn’t find my account on the computer away. After I pick up my dress today I won’t be getting my dry cleaning done here again. I live in Arlington but I’ll have to get my garments clean in a different area.

They did great work on my Alb and suit coat. They even cleaned the stole of my Deacon. And it is a reasonable price at $2.34 + tax per garment and they do the stoles as accessories to the Alb.
