I drove around and around looking for this dry cleaner and I guess there isn't one here.

I went to pick up part of my dry cleaning today & was told by Crystal that I couldn't. I should have created 2 tickets in order to do that. I've never had a problem anywhere else doing this so I didn't see the problem. Then, she proceeded to give me back a polo shirt they didn't clean because it had a hole in it. This was a brand new $70 Polo that I literally looked at took the tag off and took to them. There was no hole when I dropped it off. I finally got to speak to the owner and she is just as worthless as Crystal was! They have no customer skills whatsoever and are so incompetent! Their prices are unbelievably outrageous! All they care about is making a dollar. DO NOT GO HERE! THERE ARE WAY BETTER CHOICES OUT THERE! YOU WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN I PROMISE YOU THAT!

Competent and friendly. Make take longer to have items dri-cleaned but normally do not need it right away.

The prices were outrageous, as was the time it took them to finish a job. They charged me $40 to clean a little purse and it took over two weeks to get it back. When I did finally get it back, it was very faded, not at all in the condition it was when I dropped it off. The staff both times was rude and borderline incompetent as the lady who took the purse in was unable to even work the register properly, and the lady at the counter when.i received my purse had no concerns as to the quality or condition of my item. I will never go here again and regret going the first time.
