OWNER ROB HUBER in my opinion could care less about his tenants and patrons. A long term lease customer had a bad experience with potential water entering the facility and the tenant called to report the concerns and major mold.demage despite items being wrapped and stored. The conversation was short and u helpful. The next form of comunication was from his lawyer in form.of a letter that mentioned she needed to clean the unit up and the outside of the unit from the demage. The letter also request taking down a negative review in exchange for not paying late fees and clean up cost. Pretty heartless when a si gle.mother loses most all her possessions to mold. Here is the sad part. He builds homes and this young lady and her family just purchased a house from him. He could care less about her situation or the fact that they rented for over a year and now purchased a home him. A loyal good customer is rewarded with a letter from his law firm. Question...has anyone else experienced water issues at sunnyside? Anyone else had bad experiences with this gentleman's many businesses and services rendered?

Terrible place. Owner is greedy beyond belief and is solely out to get All the money he can out of someone. Car wash doesn't even clean a dang thing! Unless you are scrubbing your life away with a broom they don't provide you and the soap is terrible quality and the coin machine isn't a coin machine, it's a stupid token machine that barely says it! So if you accidentally stick a twenty dollar bill in it you won't get any quarters back and the owner won't refund it either or even answer the dang phone! The place is pathetic as hell.

Paid 9.00 for a high pressure car wash which had hardly had any presdure left car wash and car was still dirty

My experience with SunnySide Storage Units (north side) was beyond what I can put into words.....terrible, horrific, simply a nightmare. I entrusted this company to store my belongings from my previous home, safely and securely, which was not the case. Instead, when I went to move, and take my things out of storage, I discovered severe water and mold damage. Most of my furniture and things were damaged and or/destroyed. The things towards the middle/back of the unit were the very worst. The moving company I used refused to put the furniture on their truck because of the black mold that was on the furniture. I contacted the owner Rob Huber multiple times, who failed to get back to me after verbalizing that he would converse w his insurance. Homeowners insurance would not cover the damage as they cited the did not cover “flooding.” There has been no accountability or responsibility from the owner. The severity of the damage has affected my family greatly.

I could not help but laugh when reading the reviews about the storage units, Before renting a unit you need to take into consideration the length of time that you will be storing your item's, as some are sensitive to moisture (Humidity). And if that is the case than rent a climete controlled unit!
