Afraid I agree with Wendy, very expensive. The facility is clean and attendant seemed nice. But $7 for a 4 load and $5 for a 3 load is high. I suppose I could live with the high wash price of the dry price was reasonable, but a quarter for 5 minutes is outrageous for dryers that took 7 minutes to warm up. Also, while I didn't meet the owner, his response to Wendy's review left a bad taste in my mouth. If you're on the road and can avoid this landrymat, I would suggest you do. Other options might be a nearby campground, sometimes they allow you to do a few loads of they're slow, even if you're not staying with them. They will certainly be more reasonably priced.

I'm at the laundry and my dryer wasn't heating, so I report it. No help had to pay for my dryer again and file some report and the next time I'm in ,if someone is HERE, I might get some dryer time ! Not good

Omg....they are the Only laundermat in Sturgis.....PLEASE someone bring in some competition!!!! They are very expensive...Yikes.....and their dryers are a TOTAL RIPOFF!! They do not get hot! We were stuck there for over 4 hours trying to finish our laundry.......another point.....if you go into the bathroom there is a sign telling you how much it costs to flush the toilet!! Seriously?? Its a laundermat.....which uses water as the main "ingredient".......umm......the owner should have realized that water would be used before they bought it!! I'm totally surprised there isn't a thing at the door of the bathroom making you put a quarter in to get into the room...

Insanely expensive! Gutting the tourists. Min price to wash a single load is $4. Just wash. They charge .25 for every FIVE MINUTES to dry. So for a typical 45 mins dry cycle you pay $2.25. I travel full-time around the country and have never had to pay this much just to do a load of laundry. Let alone three loads of laundry! If I had any other option in the area I would've gone there and recommend you do the same. This place is not worth it at all. The only reason I didn't give it one star is because it is clean and it's open 24 hours a day.

The facility is just over a year old and it is very nice, new machines. Facility is always clean and the machines work. The staff is great, very helpful and kind. Especially Marie, she is a special lady, keep her as long as you can.

Very nice! New! Clean! Free wifi! What more could you ask for? His pricing is competitive. The cost of opening a business like this has very high overhead. Machines themselves are $5000 and up each. Believe me, the other laundries in Rapid City are the same price, plus they're dirty and the neighborhoods are not safe. You always get what you pay for! Thank you, Owner, for providing a good service! ☺

Pricey the drier I used didnt dry my clothes after 8 quarter they were still very wet went back to camp and hung them.

I have been in some really trashy laundry mats and this is currently not one! You can tell much pride is taken in owning & operating this laundry mat! I always come during day time but would feel safe coming and doing laundry by myself in the evening too! It's very clean environment & very rarely are the machines down and if so it's only 1-2 and they always have signs to warn you that they are waiting for a technician. It's rarely busy which I like. I use the dry cleaning and alterations time to time too and wouldn't use anyone else! Very friendly welcoming staff & very fair pricing.
