I brought a suit and several shirts to be dry cleaned for an upcoming wedding. They had a breakdown in equipment which caused them not to meet the commited timeframe for the dry cleaning to be finished. They failed to contact me to let me know and explained when I got there. I stopped back the following day and they said they completed the work. The shirts were completely wrinkled so I expressed my disappointment with the quality of the work. They explained that they had to go to a competitor to get the work done and they understand that “they don’t always do the best job”. They then offered to credit me for the cost of the shirts but the credit has not posted to my account. I will not be going back.
