Pretty clean only 1 washer n 1 dryer out of order, everything seem to work ok, clothes got clean n dried well didn't use wifi, change machine did good, I was pleased.

This place has completely gone down hill since it sold to new owners. The machines are often broken, they reject coins repeatedly, the change machines and ATMS are frequently down. The lack of heat in the building makes it miserable while you are waiting on your laundry. The staff ties up washers, dryers and tables doing laundry drop offs so you have to wait frequently to finish your laundry for them to finish what they are doing. It is unbelievable the difference in this place. We are definitely taking our business elsewhere after giving them months to "get it together" here. The drive to Custer is far less than the continued disappointment here and the laundry is much better attended to than this place.

The machines were clean. No dirty residue. Clean place in general. Disappointed that the Wi-Fi didn't work with the password posted. Especially with so much driving visitors do in this part of the state, it would be nice to have working for us.

Very expensive establishment washers didn’t rinse out soap on rinse cycle and not very many clothes in washer to begin with. Person who I talked with about WiFi connection was very rude and told me at first what it was as she said it in a very fast manner when I asked her again she said” I just told you what it was” but she did it in a fast talking I couldn’t understand her. I just said forget about it I don’t need it anyway plus not enough tables to fold your clean clothes on. Very overcrowded too many people for the size of the room. Also the floor around the washers are raised and my wife fell because of the way the floor comes out from under the washers luckily she wasn’t hurt. Needless to say I definitely won’t be back. You probably won’t respond but I don’t really care others be warned

It's definitely what you're expecting from a public laundromat. Machines go out of service often and the price per load ranges from $7-$10. Not really worth the time unless you're seriously in a bind.

We do our laundry all over the U.S. this place cost DOUBLE that of other places. We Paid $20.50 and the second highest was$12.00, same clothes, same size machines. The only reason for 2 stars was that is very clean.

Just OK, been to worse laundromats. Reasonably clean, change machines work, ATM available, 2 of the 6 top load washers were out of order, a few front load washers & 1 dryer also out of order. Website needs updating! Prices on washers are higher than website states. For example, website says top load washers are $2 & they're really $3, a bit pricey.

We were here on 09/01/19. Washer prices ranged from $3.75 for a top load or 1.5 load front load, to $6.00 for a triple load front load, dryers ran $0.25 for 5 minutes. Five of the twenty washers we're out of service. The place was reasonably clean. It is relatively small, so it could get crowded easily. All in all nothing special, but it got the job done.

The facility was clean and the washers and dryers worked fine. However, this business should NOT advertise that they have wifi. I went there hoping to get work done while doing laundry, and the wifi is far too slow to be really usable.
