2.75 per wash 33 min .25 per 5 min of dryer They offer free laundry detergent! Tho I always bring my own. Would be nice if there was a larger kids room to hang out with my 2yr old and 4mo old, so I end up staying in the truck to wait and play dvds in there. They do have a coffee stand inside tho and snack vending machines w/a few coin operated video games.

The staff is very helpful and very professional. They even helped me carry my laundry to my car! The manager named "Josh" and a young lady were very nice and courteous to me. 5 stars! Good Job!! And free wifi and TV!

Staff were very friendly and nice. I will differently be coming back here to do my laundry. Maybe ever a hot shower. The price weren't that bad at all too. Especially if your a Penny Pincher like me. Great service.

Well... for the past few years I've been doing my laundry here. The experience wasn't great. The place was (dirty). I don't mean the floor was dirty because it's winter time and that's to be expected. I mean there was filth growing from the ceiling fans and the bathroom looked as tho someone preformed a hysterectomy in there. Now everything is different... I'm guessing it's due to the new management. But everything is clean. There's an order to everything. People can't loiter around for the free wifi anymore which is nice. You even have to get a key for the bathroom so not just anyone can go in there, u have to be a customer. I've been here today for about an hour and I've seen 3 people cleaning something. I'm very impressed and hopefully it's a start to something great. Especially since there is a shortage of laundromats here in RCSD.

I have traveled all over the States. This laundry is awesome! Fair prices, clean machines, staff courteous and in motion wiping down and tidying up space whole time I was there. Free coffee, fountain pop reasonable price with free refill. Highly reccommend

Dont use this place too often. That said, when I do use Laundry World im very happy with the experience. They even can send stuff off for leather cleaning, which is suprisingly hard to find.

I actually enjoyed doing my laundry here! Prices are similar, but much cleaner and well kept. They have a great coffee shop, big screen TV, free wifi, free soap if you need. Friendly staff, lots of machines with variety of sizes, lots of carts and tables for folding. Is close to shopping and restaurants if you need while doing laundry. Am going to try the drop off next time, rates sound reasonable.

I came to laundry world before it switched over to new management and I still come here now. Since the switch I have noticed how much cleaner the establishment is and there are a lot of new improvements. The atmosphere is much more inviting and it doesn't look as cluttered. Will always come back.

my family and I were camping in the black hills and needed to do laundry. The staff was very friendly and the building was very nice and clean. I would tell anyone camping in the black hills to make the trip in to Rapid City when they run out of clean clothes.

Great prices, and fun service. May seem boring, but the people working there are always nice to everyone. It covers all your laundry needs. If you are traveling and need a shower you can shower there and they have supplies for the showers.

We did several loads of laundry using both the regular sized- and the big blanket sized machines. 2.75 dollars for the regular ones and 5.75 dollars for bigger ones. They have two huge washing machines for 6.75 dollars. Everything worked great with the washing machines. We did not use the free laundry soap due to my allergies. After washing our stuff, we put them into various dryers. I put money in for 28 minutes. Nothing dried after the time was up. I put in more money for another 20 minutes. Still not completely dry. My husband got very irritated that the dryers were "eating" the money. He asked the older lady, how do we clean the lint filter?I have a key said the lady. She reluctantly opened two of the filters and cleaned them. GOSSSHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No, wonder our clothes did not want to dry. We will not return to this laundromat.

Excellent laundromat. After moving to the area, my husband and I waited a month for our household items to be delivered, including our washer and dryer. Without laundry capability in our home, we searched for a laundromat. Laundry World has multiple washing machines and dryers of varying sizes for all laundry needs. The regular washers are $3.00 per load and very clean (as of 9/8/13). Regularly sized dryers are $.25 for five minutes. Things that impressed me about this laundromat are: overall cleanliness of the equipment and floors, price was comparable to other laundromats, friendly and helpful staff, extended hours (6am to 2am). Bonuses: TVs, benches, outlets (to charge electronics), Seattle's coffee available for purchase.

Floors were really dirty. Staff was using half the baskets. Wasn't crowded when we got there on a Saturday around 10am, but was when we left at 11:30am. Kids area should have a baby gate on the door. Not sure what the point of a kids area is if you can't contain them in that area.

Under new management who seem to really care about their customers. Great service, they've saved some of my clothes from stain mishaps. 4/5 stars because often several dryers aren't working. They also need more seating. Overall, good laundromat

Signs say free Wi-Fi but you need a password to use it. Ended up using pizza hut Wi-Fi. Can't even use bathrooms anymore without asking for a key. They used to have free laundry detergent, and good prices. Now it's quite expensive to use the washers. On the plus side, they have many plus size washers. If you want to clean sleeping bags or heavy King size blankets it's the best place to go.

I came here twice on my recent visit to Rapid City. The place was clean, bright and they even had free soap. The basic washers were $3 per load and the dryers start at .25 cents for 5 minutes. There is a coffee shop attached and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely use it again if I happen to be in the area once again.

This is definitely my preferred place when I have to use a laundromat. It's always clean & attended, if a machine doesn't work, they are quick to refund money you put in & get a sign on it. I have checked a couple of other local places closer to home but those are dirty & feel unsafe. I also think it's cool that they offer free detergent, I haven't used it, but it's there if needed.

I’m just confused because I did laundry here the other day and the price for the washer I used was $2.50 and I came back today and the price for that size washer increased to $3.50. edit: then $3.50 for a small washer is not really as reasonable as other people are saying. I’ve been traveling all over the country and this is the first time I’ve seen a price this high for a small sized washer.

It's kinda spendy compared to the last time I went to a laundrymat 8 years ago. $7.50 a load for the good washers $3.50 for low grade. It's nice and I like how they have a soda machine but the pops are a small $1.75 and the mediums are $ 2.25. one refill. The workers seemed to have good attitudes. I can't imagine showering here but whatever floats your boat

This is probably the nicest Laundromat in Rapid City! (Or at least in my opinion!) Washer didn't work properly left the Tide Pods on the lip of the washer so they didn't get used in the washer I'd payed for ($3.50 per wash in White Washer // $4.00 on Grey H.E. Washer) so they ran another wash cycle on the house. Very kind! Always recommend this Laundromat. ALSO they're getting bigger better dryers (:

This place is the best laundromat I have been to. I have been in 6 states where I have used at least 15 different laundromats. The are clean friendly and accommodating. My kids feel like they are in a daycare setting while mom and dad feel we are at a serviced laundromat. They serve drinks and have vending machines. They offer dry cleaning at a reasonable price and showers for $4. They even have some clothes that sit longer then a month that they offer to the homeless that come in no and again for a shower. But still their bathroom and shower area remains very clean. They work hard and take pride in being a test driveren and proven clean environment. We are happy and they are happy. Highly recommend.

Great laundry facility! Clean, cool, with decent seating and a kid's room with TV. Prices are decent. This place even has free Wi-Fi for customers, clean bathrooms and showers (5 dollars). The attendant was very friendly. They also have drink machine as well as vending machines. If you're any where near here, this is the place to come. The negative reviews come from those who want something for nothing!

The regular younger male attendant is very rude. He kept staring at me and confronted me about soap on the ground, I didn't do it which I told him. He said is that your cart with your soap? Yes it was I said but that doesn't mean I did it someone else could of knocked soap or my soap down. He made it very confrontational and had attitude. Then he rolled his eyes at me as the kids prior to is trashed the kid room , and my kid had just gotten in there so he rolled his eyes and mean mugged me, racist or sexist? Or just bad attitude? I don't know, but will NEVER GO BACK!

Fantastic, free WiFi, large washers and dryers. Friendly staff, clean floors, tables, clothes baskets, even the restroom was very clean. In the snack are is where the WiFi is strongest. There is a room with a TV for the children if you brought any. In each of the corners of the wash are four TV's are placed out of reach of the customers, which is a good thing. They have a 24 hour turn over if decide to drop off laundry. They wash, dry, fold and keep it for your return. Credit cards are excepted for drop-off service as well as when you wash it yourself.

This place has gone a bit downhill over the years. I used to go here because they provided complimentary detergent and they were open 24 hours. Now they dont do those things. They have coffee, but i wouldnt advise drinking it.

This is by and far the best laundromat in Rapid City. It can get very busy during the evenings. It is a attended laundromat and they stop letting people start washes at 2100 but will stay open until 2230 for people to dry clothes. I strongly recommend this place.

Mostly old washers and dryers.Front loaders left clothes wet and dryers took way too long and did not get hot. The staff is constantly underfoot and not friendly. Everything is way over priced for what you get. When I left I felt ripped-off and will not return...
