Overall good experience - the staff always seems fairly friendly and are prompt in taking care of us. We did run into a few issues where they "misplaced" our order only to find them a few days later because they were hanging on another rack. Sometimes they forget to add the discount coupons we use to our order; not a big deal but this area could use a little improvement. Other than that we are fairly pleased with the service

When they actually do their job it is good. Half the time things are lost for days. They do not listen to you and follow instructions most the time. Staff is rude and could care less.

Store says opens at 8am to 1pm on Saturday. Have been waiting since 8am and is now 8:30am and still no one has shown up to work. Im on a tight schedule and will not be able to get back before 1pm. Called the other store at Baken Park and was told they had contacted the manager and someone will be over to open the store. Another person drove up and informed me that this store is common for this. If I am unable to pick my clothes up, I will not have clothes on Monday for work. Update: 0845 still waiting for someone to show up. It was 0811 when I made my first initial phone call to Baken Park. Starting to look like I need to find a different dry cleaner. I have more clothes to drop off, but that's not going to happen. Will give it to 0900 before I make another call. I shouldn't have to pay anything for my pick up after this. Update: 0858 finally received my clothes. When I informed the person that came in that I shouldn't have to pay anything, he informed me that he was not authorized ro make that decision. I understand, but lets see if management makes it right. Which I seriously doubt. If this is common for this store, maybe you might want to look into better help or management. This is really an inconvenience to the customer. Differently will not be returning. Your employee's are trained not to call in when they are unable or is this just an excuse from the owner. My employee's call in so that we can cover down. No matter what, you as a owner and your manager dropped the ball but doesn't matter anyways because I'm not going back.

Rude white lady chased me and told me to park in the back, so I refused to do business with them, I suspect racism was at play.

I'm not sure why there are so many poor reviews on here. The staff has been nothing but nice and they always offer suckers to my kiddos! They do a great job and have restored a few thing that I've trashed. I would venture to say that some of the 1 stars come from people who weren't kind to them either. Respect others and you'll be treated respectfully:) Thanks Frenchs!

My husband has been a customer of French Cleaners for at least 15 yrs. They lost his expensive slacks, and claimed they didn’t....then Called and said “we found them!” When he went to get them back, they had a cheap pair of Chaps to pick up, When he said those weren’t his pants... they accused him of lying about it. Now the owner won’t even return a phone call. They have a terrible reputation for losing things. The disappointment is more that they disregard loyal customers.
