Service was friendly and the jackets came back looking good, but they smelled really strongly of chemicals. I think there was supposed to be a floral scent mixed in as well, but it really wasn't helping. It took a week of airing the jackets out, putting them in the sun, and pointing fans at them before they were wearable. The leather jacket cost $45 and the polyester coat cost $15. I paid $60 to have my clothes cleaned, so I'd like them to be wearable when I get them back.

Brand new bedding never used and it now has pilling and smells bad. It was very expensive and now it’s ruined.
