Thank you Bobs steam cleaning for helping us out. We came home on a Sunday to find a busted water pipe. We called Bobs and he came right out. He was very understanding professional. When something like this happens you need someone that is calm and caring. He removed all of the wet padding set up blower fans to dry the carpet and floor. Without Bobs we would have been busy all day trying to clean up all of the water. Thanks again.

Family Owned business & they CARE about their customers & services offered!! They are able to get out set in stains DIY people have tried every method on. They are the place to go for water problems in your basement or if you simply want fresh clean carpets. They also do motor homes and other recreational vehicles that needs that deep cleaning. This morning we were presented with beautiful piece of art done by my 3 year old daughter. On our carpet with 4 bottles of acrylic paint! Bob was able squeeze us in between his already busy day to come save the day! He did an amazing job and he was very professional and great at his job!

Rude, arrogant, walked on my brand new carpet with his snow covered shoes then argued with my wife when she asked him to take them off. Called to talk to the owner and unfortunately he was the owner! Would never use them again, if I had been home I would have physically thrown him out the door!

Bob's a nice guy we had a good conversation while he was at the house. Despite that I could have done a better job myself with my home carpet cleaner. I noticed the carpets were really wet when he left so I got out my 100 dollar shampooer and went over it just to suck up extra water. I pulled out 3 full tanks, Almost 3 gallons of pure gross mud. Next time I will just do it myself.
