I called Best Choice on a Sunday night with the expectation that they wouldn't answer and I'd have to leave a voicemail. To my surprise, I received an answer and got a scheduled cleaning for the next Monday. I've also used them on a few other properties and they have done great work.

They did an awesome job on our newly purchased home. The previous owners had cats so we wanted to get rid of all cat hair. The carpets look fantastic and it's really nice they are not wet and we don't have to wait so long to move in furniture!

A client of mine had an emergency cleaning needed of a very expensive rug that their dog had got sick on. I called Best Choice Carpet Cleaning and Ryan made the time to squeeze my clients cleaning in between two other jobs. My client texted and called after returning home and was totally blown away by the amazing work Ryan had done. She has had the same rug spot cleaned a couple times by another company previously and they did not even come close to getting the rug as clean as Ryan. Best Choice is hands the best company to use. I would not ever consider using any other company or referring any other company to help with my clients needs. Thank you Ryan for doing such an amazing job and leaving my client 100% satisfied.

This is THE company to use for carpet cleaning. We had old "bachelor party house stains", dog "potty" issues and just regular kid messes in our basement. I thought that replacement was the only option until I called Ryan. He fit us in when basement flooding was also happening around town and was prompt and efficient. The price was really just the icing on the cake because when I came home from work the carpet was just amazing! I don't normally post on these kinds of things but this really was just too good to be true so I had too!:)

Update Ryan called back and offered to come back and clean those areas for no charge where the stains remain They were quick, and nice but my carpet and rugs still had spots on them and they were not soiled excessively just your average wear stains. I was disappointed in the quality of 'clean'

Best Choice has been phenomenal for us in providing stellar service for water extraction & basement drying. They have gone above and beyond to exceed our expectations !! We’d made the mistake of using a different vendor in the past but Best Choice are a class above their competition taking time to ensure the equipment was evenly distributed to outlets so as not to pop fuses or create a fire hazard unlike ‘the other guys’. They also informed me of any equipment they unplugged unlike ‘the other guys’ so I won’t stumble on to an unplugged freezer full of bad food days after the service is done unlike ‘the other guys’. I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it is to have full confidence in Best Choice and would recommend them for all your needs since we were very pleased with them after they had recently done a whole house carpet cleaning for us. Take my advice and use this company if you want it done efficiently and effectively the first time. #dontuserainbow

I hate to write a negative review but I have to be honest. The first and second time I used best choice my carpets were fantastic! This last time I was so disappointed. It took 30 mins to clean a 2100 sq ft home. My carpets still smelled dirty. Worse yet the stains are still on my carpets, coffee, marker, paint, small spots from children. I spent a lot of money and I feel my carpets are not cleaned like they should be. I was hoping he would redo them since the spots were all still visible. I will have to find another company next time. Ryan was nice but the service subpar. Sorry!

Best choice did a fantastic job on a much needed floor cleaning in our home. The carpet cleaning job turned out great, but even more impressive was the deep cleaning they did on our kitchen floor! The grout looks like a whole new color after they got all the dirt out from the past 5 years. I couldn't be happier with the result. It's like I got a new kitchen floor!
