Very helpful and friendly staff. Not too crowded. Not a bunch of broken down machines like some other places around here. And they have several large washers so I didn't have to wait for one to open up to wash my comforter.

There is an older lady with short hair she is very rude persone .today 4/9/2018. It's second time she rude to me i always trying to respect her but she has rock personality . The first time couples months ago i put my shampoo and powder all my laundry in the biggest machine when i put my card in and pushed the start button it did not work. I asked her i need help this is not working she told me this is not my job i said Mam who do i need to ask she said don't argue with me or i will call west Columbia and the same thing happen today the dryer did not worki told her about it. I hope rhe owner read my message and take care of it. There are couple more ladies work there with great personality they are very nice

The place is clean and the owner is nice. However, the worker, David, is very discriminatory towards Blacks and Hispanics. He's always rude and talks to them as if they're peasants. When I walked up to the counter he noticed me standing waiting to be assisted but continued to hold a personal call about a pastor passing and so on. I stood there for about 3 minutes patiently waiting. David talked to me in a rude tone and refused to assist me because he stated that I was lying about the dryer reading "ERROR "! I took a video to prove that I was not lying. The manager stated they would look into the issue. I never have issues with anyone working here except DAVID. Horrible customer service and I don't plan on spending my money there anymore after today.

i was there earlier today with my mom to help get a rug washed. the machines were fine. the one thing i had a really big issue with was kids everywhere. i noticed 2 signs on the wall there that clearly stated, NO RUNNING and PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR KIDS AND NO RUNNING. i saw at least 4 kids running around the whole laundromat and the parents werent doing anything about it. plus the floors were dirty and it look liks no one cleaned it that day. someone needs to say something more clearly and a lil more rashly to the parents who bring children into the laundromat. thats is no place for kids to be running around. also after people use the washers and dryers, someone at the end of the day needs to go in and put a cleaner in the washer and dryers to kill the lice and other possible diseases that could be in your machines.

I've been going here for probably two years now. This is by far the best laundromat in the area. All of the washers are brand new, the place is clean, the staff are all pleasant. The location is convenient too.

I HIGHLY recommend the Drop-off service. I'm new to Columbia nd the whole laundromat experience. I went in Saturday morning at 9:00 am and was overwhelmed by the kids and finding a machine not in use. So, I asked the attendant about the drop-off option and went for it. They contacted me at 11:30 am for pick-up. The laundry was clean and folded nicely. ,There are additional costs for bleach and dryer sheets (which doesn't make sense to me), but luckily I brought all those supplies with me - and they were returned to me after use. A++

And the vending machine took my money I told the older white lady that the machine took my money and she said hit the reset button I did plenty of times still didn't give me my money And she wouldn't refund my money smh DONT USE ANY OF THE VENDING MACHINES slack people that work here! This was my first time here and it was horrible! Smh she was rude when I first came in

I use their drop off service every week. The best advantage Tumbles has is the card reading machines. Load up the card and swipe, no need for several pounds of change and it's more cost effective that way.

Sooooo clean and the machines are in excellent condition. They have helpful staff to walk you through charging a wash card. I pass many laundromats to get to this one. No longer sitting there sweating and being bored...it's air conditioned and has FREE wifi.

The only laundromat I go to in the Cayce/West Columbia area. The washers and dryers are always working properly and the facility is very clean. There is a female attendant with blonde, wavy hair (I never got her name) who found my wallet that I had accidentally left there one night, and returned it to me with all the contents inside. She is extremely honest, kind, and the best employee! PLEASE GIVE HER A RAISE!!!

Great, clean place to get your clothes laundered or wash & dry laundry yourself. The machines runs efficiently, are well-maintained, staff is extremely friendly & helpful & the prices are fair. We’ve tried all other laundromats in the area nothing compares. Also, the bathrooms are CLEAN & well maintained.

Great washers and dryers. Clean and has free WiFi. Neat concept of paying with a pre-paid card you purchase there for .35 cents. It is also easy to forget how much you are paying to wash clothes using the card. ONLY reason not 5⭐️: you have to see the employee to open the restroom. They should get hotel room locks to put in the door so if you are there washing clothes your card will let you in

(There is a separate price list on the wall) The cost is in line with other area laundries. Staff is friendly, helpful and responsive. Equipment is up to date. Air conditioning, TV's and vending machines are also well maintained.

I love this laundry mat... I hate to say it every other location I've been to has always been kind of messy. I just recently had to start using the laundry mat due to my water being worked on. Anyways I have noticed this place has been well kept, very clean, with up to date washers! They have multiple big washers so you don't have to wait to wash your big loads like comforters, etc. They have plenty of large, medium, and small washers. As well as the dryers! My clothes have never came out of the washers soaking wet or soapy, I am not really sure of the dryers because I dry my clothes at home. The only downfall is yoh have to purchase a laundry card, but it is reusable and reloadable so makes things easier! They also have vending machines for food, drinks, and laundry detergent. As well as cash and change dispensers. Lastly, you are able to drop of your clothes and have them cleaned for a certain amount of money per pound! Which I thought was neat but have not tried myself. I definitely recommend this laundry mat over most located in Columbia, west Columbia, or Lexington areas. It's honestly worth the drive for a clean, usable laundry mat!

Half the dryers don't work correctly. I asked an employee why they didn't have signs up, she said the owners didn't like that. She refunded the money I had spent on the dryer but it was a waste of my time. I do not recommend going here

Although it is a high-end Laundry mat, it rarely kept clean. When ever they do clean it, they use the clothes baskets to take out the trash. Personally I don't want to put my clothes where filthy, full of bacteria trash has been.
