In a great area right off Rivers always clean machines dryers and washers always working prices are very reasonable the dryers and washing them like that you get laundry cards just in case you don't have any money you always have money on your card if you keep it loaded up which I do the owners are very nice will call you back if you have a problem

I'm a regular customer in the laundromat. Everything was great until tonight. I suffer from PTSD, social anxiety, & depression and I have a small 2lb service dog who is extremely friendly. He was a Christmas gift from family and friends since I also lost my husband in a horrible accident 4 months ago. I was approached while drying my laundry and was told I would have to leave my dog in the car IN THE COLD/HEAT if I wanted to do laundry at this establishment!! I asked why that was since his paws never once hit the floor and and he stays in his nap-sack. The women only said again that dogs aren't allowed in the building. I also haven't seen ANY signs saying pets aren't allowed in the building.....I have pictures of each door as well showing that there is no sign saying I can't have my service animal inside.

UPDATE: 12/5/2018- This laundromat is nice especially when compared to the others in the area. The convenience of being able to use the laundry card is the main reason I go here. So often though it’s completely packed and not as well maintained as it was when they opened. I came in here when they first opened. I love it BUT every time I come in there is a cleaning crew here. I get it the place has to be cleaned but why at times when it is busy or Sunday morning, really??? This makes me not want to come here. They are pushy with the mop or waxing machine, they move your stuff without asking. Here is the worst for me..today there is a cleaning crew and they are blocking areas to mop. Okay I understand that. When I check to see if the floor is dry so I can get to the 4.50 machine, they cleaning lady not so kindly and loudly let me know I wasn't allowed over there. Cause it was wet. I said I checked and it's dry. She let me know I still wasn't allowed over there?! What is this school? Major turnoff for me to this place.

I used to live this facility, I visited twice a week usually with my mother in law or my eldest son however the drug activity by there over night employee has grown discusting . I didn't notice it for the first 7 ,8 ,maybe 9 months but now it's the same people coming to see him ! Not even hiding it !! Other employee is there cleaning acting like he don't see it either! There are cameras everywhere management has to know, if not beware for a very tall gentleman with a long beard always wearing a weird hat,creepy, driving a silver crown Victoria. He sits and waits for the employee to "take care of him" . Im a recovering addict myself and it is this type of activties that really are upsetting . Right there in the open while your post to be working! Like there surrounding don't exist! He isn't only consumer but this gentleman I have personally wittnessed over 8 times in 2 months seems like he always come around same time 530 to 7am! Same as myself!!! Please clean up the trash or we will be having to find a new laundry mat today it could be a little drugs being sold today, tomorrow could be a gun fight . I don't want to freakquent anywhere like that! Be safe !!!!

Not a fan of the "laundry card". They overcharge for the use of the machines, and the dryers have a minimum use time. I had to pull my clothes out early because they were already dry, and I didn't want them to shrink. Which to me, is a waste of money. Maybe they are overcharging because of the remodel, laundry cards, minimum use time, etc., but I went there once, and won't be back.

After having survived a crushing downpour, and five days on the road with 15 high school students we needed clean clothes and dry towels. The dryers at our campground were broken leaving us (the chaperones) responsible for a potential disaster if these students could not dry off after their morning showers. Smiling Rivers Laundromat was the answer to our dilemma. It is open 24 hours, brightly lit and well-maintained machines. We can now get a few hours of sleep!

I love this laundromat. It’s always clean, very spacious, reasonable prices. I have a washing machine at home but sometimes I’ll forget to wash my uniform on my day off, so I’ll wash it before work and use their huge high speed dryer (0.50 per 15 min) to dry my clothes. Then I’ll use their always spotless bathroom to change before work.

Convenient. I like it there. No coins. Big place. The only problem I had is my laundry card. I wanted to check my balance and put money toward my card. Every time I insert my card into the machine, the screen shows "card error" every time. I have to insert the card multiple times to get it going.
