Will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. You have to have a CARD for WASHING clothes, then its 50 cent for 8 minutes to dry.

Needed Laundry but it's difficult making my buildings Laundry room hours with 4 jobs. Found this place but had no idea what to do there. The gentleman and the lady running the place that night were SO nice and welcoming and helpful. Not only did they show me what to do and how, they helped me as I did it. They helped me with places around and tips for the area (as I am new here). I was so impressed, and I am very thankful. I will definitely be returning.

The place is a little dirty, but the attendant is always nice and helpful, and I like the machine takes cards (free) that you can load with a debit/credit card or cash instead of coins. I have to think anyone who has complained about the attendant must have been really rude to him as he is always friendly to me.

The time posted for this on google and on the business windows is 7am-10pm well I got there exactly at 7 to dry clothes for my kids to go to school (they wear uniforms) just to find out the doors are still locked I sat there for about 15 minutes and nobody ever came to open up the laundry mat. It was such an inconvenience to me because I had to drive to another location nowhere near my house.

The machines are highly useful and efficient. The attendant working there needs to take a customer service course. He's rude, and belligerent. I would love for the owner to replace him. I know many people in my neighborhood who prefer the laundromat further down Easley reardless if it's pricier than Express Laundry center.

The equipment is great. The location convenient. The prices reasonable. The reason for low rating is the smell of cigarette smoke that is hanging in the air. I have been here twice and both times it reeks of smoke. I came here to get my clothes clean and smelling fresh, not to pick up odors like I have been sitting all night in a bar.

My rating is based upon EVERYTHING! From a to Z. I gave this laundry mat an 5 star rating because it truly deserves it. All machines are fully functional and the guy who tends to the facility is very kind and very helpful. The location is small, however, it's the only Landry mat i prefer to use. I drive way from the other side of town just to use this one when there is actually one in my apartment complex, ... lol. So yeah who knows, maybe im being a bit biased as i can assure you i haven't been to hardly ANY of the other landry mats in my city. Lets just say my experience is that good with this place that i don't feel the need to change up! PRICES ARE FAIR, PPL ARE GOOD, I LIKE IT, I USE IT.. NUFF SAID.. lol.

The man who runs it kicked me out at 9:30 pm and the store is supposed to close at 10 pm. Another man threatened me!! After I replied to the black guy running the stores hateful comments. The man said he was "going to knock me out". I will never use this place again and encourage everyone else not to as well. Very very unprofessional. The man said I was lucky I was even able to get my clothes. I put my clothes in and went home to cook super for my daughter. I hope the owner sees this and contacts me immediately

The facility itself is very clean even though I did not see a staff in my time here. The problem is that the three TVs they have here were blasting some immature show from Viceland with constant cursing. So not exactly a family friendly setting, someone is definitely wrong to leave it on this channel at all. So while the laundry part is fine this is not a place I would come back to again if I can't comfortably wait in the building. In addition the card machines here is extremely loud for some reason.

Today is March 12, 2017 Time is 11:28 AM Review is long overdue. I'm a truck driver for Fedex, and we are constantly moving on the road. I highly reccomend this place. Doesn't smell one bit like cigs. Smellls good inside. Clean. Don't let negative reviews stop you from going there. The old man that works there was very helpful and sweet. Well worth the money. 9 dollars was all it took to wash my clothes and dry them. I would reccomend it to any truckers that are from out of state or anyone trying to wash there clothes. It's a no smoking area, Free-Wifi. Very clean place. People are friendly. That's my experience with it. Everyone is different. But overall. Very pleased coming here P.S wasn't busy at all in fact this place needs more business. Would reccomend it to anyone. And everyone. A+ 10/10 Rare to find a place like this. Thanks Express Laundry Center. Keep up the good work.

- Uses cards (not quarters): but cards are free to get. - Accepts cash and credit cards to load those cards. - Multiple sizes of machines, all fast industrial style. - Attendant on duty to help you figure out how cards work, etc. Although I wish he had a uniformed shirt or something so I could tell he really worked here and wasn't just a random guy asking me if I needed help. - Well labeled prices and "how to" signs. - Pretty clean. Most machines good (only saw 2 out of order labeled.) The place has plenty of seating while waiting, free wifi, tvs, and a couple vending machines.
