They have lost my clothes not once, but THREE separate occasions. They did not offer any reimbursement for the lost items nor did they make any attempt to find the missing items. Horrible. Would never recommend.

I appreciate their pick-up / drop off service. Very cordial, helpful delivery staff. The bulk of the cleaning they do for me is dress shirts, the pay careful attention to details such as collar stays, french cuffs, etc. I've been using them exclusively for over a year with no problems.

You would think that a business that has been around this long would know to their customers. I’m currently waiting for a suit and a sports coat to be cleaned. After three days TRIPPS CLEANERS gave me the clothes unclean as if I just brought them in. The employees there told me to “come back at 5pm and should be ready” Going back and forth for the last five days SUITE AND ONE SPORT COAT STILL NOT CLEANED.
