Excellent work. Took all 15 of my 3 piece suits and I had a phenomenal experience. Everything crisp, affordable, and most importantly on time. The new guy seems to have kept the same quality and also has improved performance. Must have an excellent staff in the back. Keep it up guys!

I dropped a dress off to be pressed (just pressed) on a Monday and when I returned to pick it up on Friday it was a completely different dress. The sewn in band around the waist had been removed and replaced with something completely different. Also, the entire length of the gown had grease stains all down it. I was made a million promises of how they would fix this situation without any follow through. Bad service, and bad customer service. Beware!

They were a day late on my dry cleaning. I was working all day and flying out immediately after with no time to go back. Top Cleaners not only didn’t charge me, but they delivered my dry cleaning to my office. Mistakes happen in every company, but not every company goes that extra mile. I’ll continue to take my business here.

Very receptive to the customer. Sports on in the front, quick service, I especially like being able to do tailoring, dry cleaning & bringing in my sons wash & fold in the same location. Quick turnaround and if there is every a question regarding quality (which only happened once) they will redo the order for free.

It took two weeks to have two garments hemmed and they did a really lousy job. Dry cleaning takes a really long time too. Very expensive and very slow. I will never again take my clothes to this place. Amateurs!

I tripped over my shoe laces as I entered into the store and the employees offered to pay my entire bill. Zini and co-workers are beyond talented. Zini has done alterations for me for over 25 years. Her work is perfection. She delivers to meet the timing of the event. She has altered dresses for my daughters as well as their friends for ring dance, prom and weddings. Highly recommend. Skills are stellar.
