Unfriendly atmosphere. The lady with long dark hair is not friendly or inviting and seemed appalled when I asked for help. She seemed fine with her everday customers or friends but she was even stand offish to my sister when she went. Its almost like she doesnt like new customers.

I brought my comforter in to be cleaned and they RUINED IT. They didn't even bother to tell me. They accepted payment for RUINING a hundred dollar comforter. If anything she should have been apologizing and offering some sort of compensation. It's literally ruined. I home and went to put it on my bed and it's completely trashed. All the stuffing is stuck weird places. They clearly dried with the heat setting too high! I'll never go back there. I wouldn't let them wash my dog's bedding.

Load money onto cash card, no coins to loose. Free wifi works. Games are little outdated. Snack bar. Washers are nice and seem to stay in service

The price to wash is a bit higher than most places. You have to purchase a reloadable card and there are no slots for quarters. The dryers took forever to dry. I had to keep putting my card in, in order to get my clothes dry. It's a clean place and the attendants were very pleasant

Over priced, and 3 out of 6 times I washed here my clothes came ot with animal hair. (I don't have any pets). The 3rd time it happened i lost it, the lady offered to pay to rewash them but i didn't have time. That's the only reason its not getting 1 star. They clearly don't clean their washers often enough. And aren't that great to begin with. The dryers are over priced and run really hot which is bad for clothes. The staff is friendly-ish enough and seem like decent folk so at least there is that. Needless to say I won't be coming back though.

Aimee is amazing! Someone should make this girl manager because she is customer oriented and you can see the bond she has with all her customers. The other woman was very stand off ish and rude. I went to the counter to buy my son something and ahe saw me waiting. She gave me a huff along with attitude. Clean place overall and I wont go to any other laundromat.

My husband & I been going here since we moved to West Warwick about 3 years ago. This is one of the best laundry mats I've been to! Great service the people especially Cindy that works here are awesome, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Laundromat over others!!!

this place has good prices but there isimt an of washing machines. They deffinitly need and upgrade becuas the floor was cracked and the tv was broken. It was also a bit dirty but It did my luandry so it was pretty good.

Clean, TV, games, and Keno. A bit pricey. Machines don't take coins, which is ok unless you have lots of quarters to get rid of.
