I had the worst experience! My daughter and I dropped off a bag of laundry to be cleaned and the women said put the bag on the scale and wrote me a charge for 22.00. I said I would be back after 5. My boyfriend went to pay and the owners wife was rude to him and charged 8 dollars more! I called the owner and the wife answered. I said I was given a slip to pay 22..you over charged me later 8 dollars more.she screamed at me! Never have I've been scolded and talked down and made to feel so angry. I said no! You charged me for the whole weight! You can't change it after the fact. She said no..you pay extra you had small blanket! What???!! I was charged for whole bag..not asked any thing about my items...or told anything else! I asked for my money back. She told me never come again. That was expensive! I worked for that money not to be spoke to in that awful manner! Poor customer service. Some one should make her pay for what she did..to me my boyfriend and the principle of the whole situation! And I'm missing three new pillow cases. Bad experience! Want all my money back! I will never reccomend this place and I will never go back! Worst experience, awful customer service and sneaky theifs!

Nice place, drop of your laundry and they do a good job for a reasonable price. The dry cleaning is expensive. Just don't try to drop off stuff early. Friendly and personable.

I love sun brite there are always plenty of open washers and dryers and there not over priced at all if the person below had been there before like she claims perhaps she would of seen the signs hanging everywhere even outside stating dryers are for customers doing wash only. As far as the women who work there they are great always nice to my four year old and polite to me I have places right near my house but still take the drive just to go there

Have been there a few times to do my laundry, found it expensive but it was close to home. I went today to throw a load in the dryer. I was able to wash a load where I live but not able to dry it. At approx, 2 pm on a Thursday, not a person there, no washers being used, no dryers being used, I walked to dryer with my one load and was told I could not use the dryers, I did not wash them there so I could not use the dryers. Really.. No customers and they turned me away. I guess my money wasn't good enough. Will never go back for wash, and will spread the word about the customer service

This stuff has not been washed. Folded barely as I left it. Inside out and easy stains on multiple items. I drop my daughters stuff regularly elsewhere, just was passing by. What a waste!
