The new owners don’t know what they’re doing, there’s currently no one here bc the kid working is at the chinese spot next door. When they are here the kids are constantly running around & there’s barely any seating. What there is seating someone that works there is sitting & instead of them offering a their spot u have to ask

I been going to this laundromat for 12 years never had a problem til recently. I was even threatened not to come back because I had voiced my opinion on how I should be treated as a customer. Very bad customer service from management especially , left me stunned. Never got a call back regarding the situation. The girls there during the evenings and during the weekends are wonderful!! I would keep going there just because of them, but my schedule sadly doesn't always correspond when they are there, so they lost a loyal customer.

We love it here. Best laundromat I ever see. Clean. The man in front desk is polite and helpful. Machines clean and they all working. Price is good too. We used to do laundry in new London half of the machines we did laundry in was broken it was like playing Russian roulette u never know when it will work or when it will break.
