Horrible! Went there and while my cloths where in the washer soaking wet, the power company came and disconnected the power because the business owner didn't pay the electric bill! The employee calls the owner, and the owner told the employee to send us to his other laundromat he own. I had to carry my soaking wet cloths which were to heavy to the other laundromat, and the only compensation they offer is to wash the cloths that were in the washer for free, they even refused to dry them for free. On the up side they claim they have the cheapest prices in Cranston, can't verify that though.

This place is awesome. Lady who works here was very helpful. I didn't know how to use these new machines and she stepped right up and showed me. Very friendly atmosphere for a laundromat

Only good about it is the decent prices. The place is small hard to move around The washers leave the clothes soaked after wash is done The short dark hair lady with glasses is EXTREMELY rude and should be fired and embarrassed on how she talks and treats paying customers. An older couple accidentally put .25 cents in a drying machine and later realized it said out of order. She said " it says out of order next time read" Then she was folding a laundry order and i was folding mine at table beside hers. There was a pair of men underwear and few socks on mine so i moved it from touching my clothes, she then says very rudely " NO these are part of THIS order and have to stay there" she was taking up a whole other table for 1 underwear and 3 socks. I personally don't like other peoples laundry touching my clean clothes. She also was telling pick up customers next time bring a slip so i dont have to search for your order. She should not work here. Makes it very unpleasant. I won't be coming back because of it. Other than that other employees I've dealt with before are very nice.

Tons of people go so it has to be good. Great for my comforters. Friendly service. I guess most people only go online to review if there's a bad experience.

It's a descent place to do laundry and the price isn't so bad.. What's bad is the attendant. I don't know her name but she's there the both times I went. She's older, with long white hair.. Rude beyond compare. If you ask me, she doesn't seem very comfortable around minorities. She's not very friendly and if you have a question, she acts as if you are a nuisance to her.. For example, the first time I was there, we couldn't dry our clothes for an hour bc the gas company had to check some pipes.. As inconvenient as it was, I didn't complain and waited.. Other people took their clothes and left except for me and another lady who cursed at the top of her lungs. Once we were able to dry again, it was business as usual. The lady who cursed at the top of her lungs received an apology.. I finished up about 15 minutes later, received no type of thank you or acknowledgement from her for the inconvenience.. I brushed it aside and decided to give this place a second chance..I went there again to do my laundry about 3 weeks later. First, there was no sign on certain machines when it's out of order. I didn't know I had picked one of these until it was time to put my quarters in when I realized my coins were getting rejected. Asked the same attendant and she said it's not working.. Ok, so I thought to myself, well I wish I had known after sorting through 4 bags of laundry. Then I took my clothes out and had to wait for the next biggest machine to finish so I could use it. Once that machine finished, it was left unattended for almost an hour! She knew we needed to use it but did nothing about it. Because we couldn't wait any longer, we put our clothes into 2 smaller machines and of course it cost us more than the price of the 1 big machine. At that point, she finally unloaded the machine and left it aside for its rightful owner... Secondly, I put a dollar into the detergent machine, tried to purchase a box of Tide but nothing was dispensed. Approached her and she rolled her eyes and gave us a cup of Purex. She acted like we were interrupting her super busy day, which by the way, all she does is sit at the desk. THEN another customer, Caucasian, did the same thing we did. Tried to purchase Tide unsuccessfully from the machine. The attendant explained to her in a very nice tone that they were all out of Tide and she apologized for having only Purex available.. Thirdly, throughout our entire time there, I noticed that she ONLY greeted the Caucasian customers and paid no mind to the rest of us... However, I noticed this as well on our first visit but gave her the benefit of the doubt. If there's one thing the owners of this laundromat can take from my review is to hire a better attendant, preferably one who isn't prejudice against most of the human race.

The lady is super rude, cut me off half sentence I was just asking what time they open and close, mind you she was just on her phone. She talked to me like I was a child. The place is nice and is cheap but the customer Service sucks.
