I have written a review once before of the unprofessionalism of the employees of this Laundromat, it is unfortunate that the owner condones such behavior. The issue at hand is the subjective decision to label a garment one thing one day and charge a price for it, and then label it something else another and charge a higher price for it. If you question this, then you are "arguing" and I suppose this give employees (not all, but some) to swear at you, and slam their hands on the counter (not sure if it is to try to intimidate or because they have anger issues). Point being, this establishment can't see to have a standard. Example, two button down shirts, there are two different prices (one for men's shirts and one for women's, however, both shirts are essentially the same). Sweater, vs sweatshirt, vs jacket. For some reason when asking for the definition of what a sweater is vs a jack, sweatshirt or anything else this causes chaos with some employees.
Perhaps too many people are like sheep, and rather than question things, they are taken advantage of at this establishment. At, least this is my personal experience. So, I suggest people pay close attention to the pricing fluctuations at this establishment.
I invited the owner to discuss the issues at hand in the past and he/she feels that a customers' issues are not worth their time, at least that is the impression I get, since the owner did not return my calls in the past.
To clarify, I am not hiding behind this post, as one employee would like to suggest to me that I am. I am merely informing the public of my experience, and educating them on the lack of professionalism that I have received at times (not all the times, in fact the vast majority of the time has been very professional). However, when a customer questions something, and an employee loses her temper, slams things around, and starts swearing at a customer, I find this to be in poor taste and unprofessional.
