Came in to pick up laundry at 5:58 pm, they close at 6. Woman working was still there, door open, refused to give us our laundry as “she was to leaving early because she had things to do.” Excuse me, but so do I, and I relied your posted hours for this service to wash everything I had while traveling. Now I am left with only what I have on until tomorrow while on business in Newport. Next time I will surely go to one of the other providers in town, where they are much more professional and offer same day service. I thought this may just be a “one time” bad day by a frustrated employee and was not going to leave a bad review, but upon reading other reviews, it is clear that this is a frequent occurrence and a core business problem.

I do like this laundry mat above the others located near me. I wish they offered their customers wifi though. They also use to have a sink which was helpful, but they got rid of it with the new remodel. I will say their machines are slightly pricey, but the cleanliness, staff, and efficient machines almost make it worth it. UPDATE: They put in a sink again!

I never will do business with this establishment again. I dropped off military uniforms for drycleaning over a week before I needed it. The cashier told me that they would be available the following Tuesday night (I needed it by the following Friday). I came in the following Wednesday and the cashier told me that the uniforms would be ready that night. I came in on Thursday morning and the uniforms still weren't there; another cashier told me that he personally would be picking up the uniforms that day and that he would get them soon. I stopped by just before 5 and another cashier told me that the uniforms would be there at 5. I came by again around 630 that evening, just before the laundromat closed, but my uniform still was not ready. At that point I called the owner personally, and he assured me that the dry cleaning of the uniforms would be on the house and that the driver would deliver the uniforms to my house personally, but that he could not arrive before 830. The driver finally did deliver them...at 1030 PM.

Washing seems a little expensive but drying is cheap. Nothing special here. It's great that it's 24 hour. None of the other laundromats locally offer this feature

One star is generous. Shirts promised on Saturday, still not done on Tuesday. The place is always dirty and the staff are usually just as unkempt and uncourteous. There are lots of other cleaners on the island, any one of those would be better.

It's clean, staff is friendly, open 24 hours, convenient location. They offer wash dry and fold services, dry cleaning as well. You can use your debit or credit card right at the pump. There's a punch card so after so many washes you get 2$ off your next visit. Great location, restaurants and coffee shop right next door, or a playground across the street if you have kids.

The machines have credit card readers that don’t work. Every load you pay for with quarters you loose a quarter to the machine.

We used this place for washing sheets of our vacation rental in Middletown, RI. They do an okay job, but not great compared to other wash and folds over the bridge. Before a trip, I left my credit card information with the owner of the place, after being assured that was a regular practice, so that my cleaners could drop off dirty sheets and pick up clean ones for the turnover. He wrote all of my information, including my security code and zip code, on a post it note. At two subsequent pick ups, the girls that work there told me that they did not have my credit card information. On the second occasion, I pressed where it might be and was told that the owner may have taken the post-it to his house. (???!?!!). Unprofessional, irresponsibly managed, possible identity theft, I will never ever frequent this business again.

Horrible place. Both Narragansett and this one. They told me my suits, shirts, and tie would be ready on a Thursday. On the Friday still no dry cleaning. Then they said they sent it to a store in Warwick. I drove to Warwick to pick it up. Nope not there. Was getting delivered there in 30 minutes. Nope, now I missed my nephews Wedding Rehearsal and finally the truck drives up. They are missing a shirt. Great..... Today my son goes to get dressed, suit pants are missing! They dont care, no emergency to them because "they have other customers". Oh and they charged me FULL PRICE to hunt down my suits, miss a rehearsal, and for them to loose pants and a shirt. And you couldn't call the store because their phone was disconnected for the day! Nope will Never use them again and will make sure I do not recommend them with anyone I know.

The Middletown location is very clean! The new dryers work amazingly and the staff have always been able to help with any thing I needed! A good majority of the machines will work with a credit/debit card which I feel is easier than quarters!!!! I would highly recommend using this laundromat!!!! I have also used their dry cleaning services and have no complaints!!!

A good laundry, just bit costly. But the machines look new and clean and there is plenty of them. Accept credit cards. I did not try dry cleaning.
