***READ BEFORE GOING HERE**** Would give this business 0 stars if possible. When my duvet cover and pillows were stained the man behind the counter reassured me it would be "absolutely not a problem" to remove the stains when I asked if it could be done. When I picked up my things they were hung nicely as to hide the stains that had absolutely not been removed. I got home to discover that not a single stain had in fact been removed, and called the business justifiably upset with the service, at which point I was told I had to wait for a call from the owner - which I did not receive until more then 24 hours later. The owner was unapologetic and told me she would speak with her employee as he should not have promised to remove the stains. However, I was offered no restitution for the admitted wrong-doing on the behalf of this business - in fact she refused to even consider refunding me any money at all. I am now out $60 AND a duvet cover.
