I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this establishment. First of all you get your clothes back and they do not even look like they have been dry cleaned and pressed. You will get your clothes back wrinkled and full of lint. I also received one of my shirts back and it was completely discolored and a broken button. I brought the shirt back along with my receipt and I was told that I would have to wait for the manager to come in to determine what would be done about the situation. I came in the following day to see what could be done. He grabbed my shirt and said they would fix the shirt in an extremely rude manner. I could tell he could not be bothered with the situation.. I was given my receipt back. When I came back a few days later the discoloration was gone however the button was still crushed. When I brought that to the managers attention he huffed and puffed and said they would fix it. I came back today and apparently because the manager did not print out the receipt correctly (Whatever that means) I could not receive my shirt because they "Did not know whether they should charge me for the button or not." So it has been over a two weeks total and I still do not have my shirt and all of the other clothes I brought looked like garbage from the moment I picked them up. Save your money and go somewhere that has professional cleaners and actual customer services.

This is the greatest dry cleaner in the world. I found them quite by accident one day as I was driving down Rt. 95! I turned and saw their neon sign! Mr. USA is a MIRACLE! They did such a great job on my sleeping bag that I brought them my Chanel suit and Karl Lagerfeld skirt. All I can say is...this place is the cheapest place in Pawtucket, and it is also the most magical in every way!

I've been going here for a few years... but something must of changed drastically in their management. Everytime I bring my shirts there the collars have dirt around the collars. I've asked them politely to clean them and the next time I picked them up the dirt is still around the collars. So i asked them for a refund for their services and they tell me there are no refunds. And of course the dirt is still on my collars.. I'm very upset with them and I can't get any explanations why I can't get my money back and of course the kid at the couter tells me this long explanation of how he sprayed them down and whatever else he did..... they do have a quick turn around but terrible job claning clothes... and are quick to take the money....

I dropped off a jacket that I thought was totally ruined by an iron- I had it cleaned before with no avail. These guys completely fixed the jacket, so impressed! I love this place!

Best service hands down fast friendly and efficient. I've been going there for years I drop off at 8am and pick up at 1 pm. Works for me staff is awesome.

Beyond lousy service! Irresponsible and without regard for others. Opened my USA cleaning in LA to revolting smell of cleaning fluid. They would not have them cleaned for me here, leaving me stuck with stinking clothes and no recourse. One person acknowledged the problem saying, 'yeah we are getting a lot of that complaint'.Someone who said they worked there 30 years would not let me speak to owner. Arrogant and actually started to get nasty. What more can I say. They have no regard for there customers.

DO NOT USE It's such a shame to give such a high rating to such a cheap company. Do not use, they melted my buttons on all my shirts, charged express cleaning and then needed 4 days to clean 3 shirts and a suit. DO NOT USE

This place is very convenient and extremely quick turnaround. However, do not do your dry-cleaning here for any special care products. They have ruined special care garments that other dry cleaners have not. They will not compensate you for any damage done or even refund you for service associated with a damaged garment. They also used to inscribe with permanent thick marker the customers name in the back of men's shirt collars. This ruined some of my brooks brothers shirts. But of course, they said it was not their fault. Glad I dropped these off rather than my wife whose last name is different from mine.

The buttons on all my shirts are destroyed after getting them back from this place. This is the third time this has happened. Shame on me for not learning my lesson the first two times. Never again.
