I used to go here a couple times a month to wash my comforters etc. I always thought the staff was cold and unfriendly but they had nice big machine close to my home. Today I went in to wash all of my throw blankets etc. because I’m having company. I walked in and went to the change machine. A Man I believe is the owner but I have no idea, never said hi when I walk past him when I walked in the door, comes to the change machine and tells me I can’t use it because I’m not a customer I said I am He responds well you didn’t come in with any laundry. My laundry was in my trunk. I was unaware of the rule that you have to carry in your laundry before you can get change??? I went out to the car and grab some of the blanket walked back in and told him I will be not be using his establishment anymore he said there’s a lot of people that come in just for the coin machine I said and you should check your tape because they make it clear all over the laundry mat that you’re being recorded. And have seen me in here just getting change???? He had nothing to say and instead of apologizing for making me feel like some scumbag, he let me walk out without a word. If you just want a big machine go there but if you think customer service is important go elsewhere

There are very few chairs to sit in while you wait and rarely put the TV on. Staff unpleasant. Many times I've pulled up only to find different hours posted so I'd have to leave. Thankfully our comforter fits in our new washer/dryer.

Very small place so it can get very cramped during busy hours and tough to find a large washer.

The woman working there was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and was very nice. Usually I encounter laundromat attendants with horrible attitudes who scowl at everyone and have no answers about any of their services, really. I just moved to this area and am excited to have found my new reliable laundromat!

It's a close laundry mat to us so we go. That's about it. Best times to go are middle of the day during the week. Mornings suck for some reason. Particularly at the beginning of the month. Small. Nail salon has parking spots, don't mix them up. Staff is knowledgeable but good luck getting a hello from them. But, your clothes will be washed & their (admittedly tiny) speed washers cut at least 15 mins from your dry time.

Extremely overpriced! They wanted $9 to wash a twin mattress cover! No way! I walked out! Very unfriendly there as well!

I would never bring my clothes anywhere I always did them myself… One day I was forced to bring them somewhere so I brought them to Mr. clean. I am hooked . They do an awesome job and everything is folded great and it feels like I made a new friend. I will be a long time customer !

The washers and dryers work fine but the inside of the building surrounding the machines is filthy dirty. If you're in a hurry with no where else to go, this place should be fine. If you don't like being around dirty machines, you won't like it here. I think a majority of the business is drop-off so in return, the owner doesn't care how clean the inside is. Very sad. First time there and Last ,very rude they look at us like we don't belong here.Not Friendly at all..I wish I knew who the owner was and let them know that the employees is not friendly everyone look racist there. I don't know how they got 4.1 ranking terrible workera, place is clean but crowded.
