Over priced and god forbid you touch the wrong button..the washer eats your money and you have to pay 5.50 again start all over..BS...the owners or who ever sit's there and watch you and your every move ...like you gunna steal a washer or something...cant be in the restroom for more then 3 seconds with out them beating the door down...can't even pee in peace at the laundry mat...seriously though this place sucks....

My washer broke, and I dreaded going to a laundromat. This experience made it as pleasant as possible. It was clean and modern. My only complaint was the cost. Oh. They have monster sized washers that are amazing!

The 2 ladies on staff are always friendly and super helpful whenever I have questions. The remodel was such a good idea. Additionally they have 4 load, 6 load, and a 10 loader (correct me if I’m wrong) . This is the only laundromat I will use in town.

False advertising on the website. Do not offer free drying when this is advertised on the website and had not been updated. Staff does not care even if you show this to them and will 'shrug' you off.

Clean facility, new machines. Cannot openly name the competitors facility(D.M.), however this is a two laundry-matt town, and they have yet to upgrade their facility....... And Crybaby customer @ ( D.M.) complained about my dog accidentally following me in-then got hostile and wanted to scrap.. When I invited him to "discuss" issue in parking lot, he called 911... Owners and that whinning customer failed to notice or say anything regarding other patrons dogs in front lobby area...

Great place. All the machines are in good condition and good quality. The place is neat. Staff is helpful. I personally loved the option to pay with my phone. They also have snacks, who doesnt appreciate a good snack while waiting for your laundry?

Okay. But payment options are limited to quarters and their poorly functional app, which is difficult and unreliable. I was never able to recover the $20 that the app took and didn't let me use the machines. I eventually gave up.

Everything works though a little pricey but that might be normal for the area. Had no issues with laundry dissapearing. Staff could have been more friendly.

Looking for CLEAN, large washers, dryers, lots of counter space for folding, free coffee and popcorn, good parking and on site staff keeping things running smoothly? This is it. They even offer "we'll do it for you" service. Doing laundry is one of my least favorite activities. This place makes it painless!

Nice and clean and always staffed with a friendly, helpful attendant. Newer, quality washers and dryers and no need to haul around a bunch of quarters, you can pay the machines with a phone app.

We came in after staff hours. The app made paying so easy...no buying quarters at the grocery store! We had an issue with one of the machines not working. Since there was no staff (because it was later in the day), I called their number and left a message about the machine issue. Within just a few minutes of leaving the message, my account had been credited for the amount I had put in the machine. Wow...I was so amazed! Excellent customer service! Other than the one issue, the machines worked great! I loved how clean my clothes came out and how quick the dryers worked. They also have some REALLY BIG machines for extra large loads like sleeping bags or comforters.

Overall it is a good place to do laundry but most places have the option of just using $.25 to dry my clothes......I now have to spend a min $1 regardless of how much clothes i have..... but I think the hot blond makes up for it. I thought the....can I have ur number beautiful

I had several dryers going all my clothes dried except for one i let the person in charge know and she didnt offer to pay for the clothes i had to move over and dry. Wont be returning.

Becca is always super helpful when I'm in there with my rambunctious child. It is always such a pain in the ass to try to do all my laundry and keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn't destroy the place and get popcorn everywhere. Their drop and fold service is the greatest thing ever.

Clean with lots of machines. I love that they have large dryers and our stuff dries faster than it would at home. Our dryer needs to be fixed so i only come for the dryers. I like the popcorn and free Wi-Fi. I find the price good to dry clothes for a dollar.

Overpriced. I needed to wash a full sized comforter. It was going to cost 8 bucks just to wash. God knows how much to dry. I went to Dutch Maid and it was less than 6 to wash.

Bad staff wouldn’t help and where very rude Place has very rude people living on the second floor of the business when i went to knock to ask for help to open the locked doors so i could get my cloths from the machine the resident came out nacked and yelling

It was a little on the expensive side. Starts at $2.50 to wash per load. $1.00 to dry per load. Lots of open machines when we went though.

The attendants are super nice. If I ever have problems with one of their machines all I have to do is ask them for assistance and they either assist me with getting my change back or start my laundry for free. The new owners have upgraded the machines and also remodeled a bit. It's kept clean and as stated the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this laundromat

Love this little laundromat! Coin-op! I always prefer coin op over the card run places. Super clean, great machines (no shrinking), free dryers, friendly owners, air conditioned, KIDS AREA which is a majorr plus, so my daughter is occupied while im busy, multiple tv’s, nice area, and not too busy. Will definitely return :)

Overcrowded, expensive, free WiFi ONLY if you “check in” via Facebook. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is due to the “free” popcorn and coffee. You more than pay for these items with the added cost of washing/drying. The dryers require minimum $1 to start unlike your typical laundromat dryers which allow you to purchase 7 minute increments at $0.25 per. Midway boasts that they turned the heat way up on their dryers so that things dry quicker, but they will melt your synthetic items as a result, (throw blankets and the like). If you do NOT choose the high temperature option, the dryers won’t dry your items. Dutch Maid doesn’t have WiFi as far as I can tell, but their prices are lower and their machines work properly, (no accidental “cancel and lose your money” features). Lots of room and plenty of folding tables! The big difference between the two is that Midway is staffed and Dutch Maid is not. Again, the customer pays for this in the increased price per load.
