What a rip off - $9.58 to dry clean one men’s button down dress shirt??? I checked a variety of sites online, and they all said that dry cleaning a men’s shirt should cost $2-$6, which made sense. This place is in a Newport strip mall, about a half mile from the busiest part of downtown, so they aren’t paying New York City rent prices. They’re just a rip off. The people who worked there weren’t particularly cool or friendly, so there is no point in going here.

Good for wash dry fold, absolute rip off when it comes to dry cleaning or washing any bedding. Charged me 20.00 per blanket for twin sized fleece blankets, 12.95 for dry cleaning very small pillow cases. Got a bill for just under 1000.00 for about 50 lbs of laundry. Will not be going back.

Great friendly service, I was there for the first time and they were really helpful. I haven't been to a laundromat in a while and was kind of lost for a minute, but the owner David showed me around and explained that all the machines was old school.... hahaha. Thanks David

For a laundry mat this place is exceptionally well kept & clean. The staff had their good days & bad days, but I would rather do my laundry here than anywhere else on aquidneck island!

Older woman who owns or manages can be nasty. Unfortunately this is only laundry close by. If you suspect you may not be socially acceptable to Newport (even though part of it is ghetto nowadays)

I have been using Micki's services for about a year. The staff is unbelievably helpful, welcoming, and kind. They are always there to help. I chiefly use the wash-dry-fold service but have had the always efficient pick up and delivery. Very reasonably priced and expert service. The best in town and a great location.

I use the drop off service & it's 1st rate. Counter people are helpful & polite. Prices are reasonable based on location. You're in downtown Newport people, it's more expensive than your usual place back home. What matters to me is it's clean & laundry looks great when I get it back. Newport is a humid place, towels, sheets, etc. get smelly quick. You have to stay on top of it.
