The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because that’s literally the lowest rating I can possibly give. The place is DISGUSTING, dirty machines, looks unkept and not taken care of. Washers don’t do a good job, and the dryer burned my hand when I went to remove my clothes. You might think this is me being overdramatic, but I’d much rather do my laundry in the Pawcatuck river than at this place and have them dry outside, no question.

By far the wosrt place I've ever been to wash clothes I was better off washing by hand and to add that one of my loads almost caught in fire and there is no staff to attend you first and last time coming here

Not the best... Not the worst. Dryers get hotter than they should. Lots of junk literature lying around. Odd that there are no sprinklers...

Been a customer here for 7 years. You can find the owners here several times a day cleaning and keeping things orderly. I choose the mornings to do my laundry, but if things are too hectic, I just bring it down to their other location in Stonington and drop it off. 5 Stars. Wouldn't go any place else.

Nice and quiet! Good prices as well. Watch some of the machines as they will try and steal your quarters and there is no attendant on duty, but for the most part it is a good laundromat.

Not well maintained the machines are not serviced so most of them are down the place could use a remodel the only good side is cheap to wash clothes 1.75 for a regular washer 4.00 for the large front loaders I did go one night and the lady cleaned the place up nicely but who ever owns it need to take better care of the equipment. Kinda run down.

When I first went to this place I liked it besides the lack of tile and proper paint on the wall (it was painted 3 different colors with 2 big holes on the wall) I looked passed all of that until they decided to lie about the hours and the time the doors locked. It says on the door "last wash 9pm" and store hours "6am-10pm" as well as "doors automaticlly lock at 11pm" so I came back at 830 pm to pick up my laundry and the doors were locked, with no way in my clothes had to sit there until they decided to open at 8am the next day. To make matters worse they refused to answer my calls or even post any phone numbers other than the one on the website. Which I think is out of service or something because every time I called they refused to answer my calls. If you go here better make sure you go during the day and pray someone else is inside if you go to your car for anything. This place 100% lost my business. Regret ever coming to this place.

The worse experience ever!!!!!! I went here because, my dryer would not turn on and I needed the praise wear for the next morning. I also took my sports bra to dry. I literally walked into the building put my things in the dryer, then walked outside to get my umbrella out of my car parked right in front of the building. I went right back inside and just that fast, the woman who was in there hugged up with a guy had stolen my $100.00 dollar Victoria's Secret bra out of the dryer!!!! I asked her did you take my bra out of the dryer being that her, the guy and I were the only ones in the place. Plus, they were the only ones over there in front of the dryer that I utilized. You know, of course she flat out lied!!!! I had to call the police because, for me it was the principle of the matter and the fact that I know that she stole from me and she knew it was her as well!!!!! They were liars and I did not want to be charged with two counts of bodily harm!!!!!! Oh, let's not forget the older lady who sitting in her truck who came in later and wanted to add to the conversation because, she wanted the couple to pay her for a ride talking about she was a uber driver!!!! No one else in there, only the front entrance & exit where one can clearly see and the bra did not magically disappear, thieves plain and simple !!!! I never in my life even knew of anyone who would put on used bras or someone's underwear !!!!! This was a true ghetto experience and I will NEVER return!!!!!
