Very good customer service, can have your Landry done on the same day most times if you bring it early enough. Always greeted with a smile and knew my name and car by the second time I showed up. Price is a little high at $1.00/pound but it's comparable with other places in the area.

Very unprofessional. Went for a job interview one the manager was late an had me and another person waiting. Told me he wouldn't hire me because I have unstable living which i just moved up here from FL. An then talked about the school system an because I dislike the Woonsocket school system he said yup the interview is over. Kept getting up an leaving during the interview. No wonder why this place is always hiring .

The owner and attendants are rude as hell and I will never spend another dime in this establishment. I’ve also reported them to the BBB. There is no need to treat customers the way they do.

Will not go there again. First, the machines do not rinse all soap from clothing. Second, brought a blanket there to be washed, owner tells me they dried blanket in sun. Not ok with pollen and my allergies so owner tells me they're going to wash it again, however next time, take it someplace else to get it washed. Owner calls me on phone and tells me blanket is ready. I asked is he sure it was re washed. Jerk owner says "now you're starting to aggrivate me." Gell with them. I never picked up blanket as I did not trust them. Bought a new blanket. Will never use them again. The owner is a very rude man.

Very small facility. When three-quarters full it's almost impossible to move around. Not enough room for this type of establishment.

The name itself is funny who likes to do laundry lol but the place itself is small and quiet and clean the staff doesn't bother you which is a good thing the bathroom is very tidy and the washers are good one time though I had went there and the dryers actually ruined my children's clothing and when I did mention it to the person who's working there they said there was nothing they can do which was upsetting because it was my children's clothes but that was the first and only time it happened I only go there to wasg big things like blankets as I have my own washer and dryer at home

the ladies that work there are awesome this is the only laundrymat in woonsocket i will go to. have a washer and dryer in my basement but rather go here just not on weekends. too busy for my liking

I go here regularly and the girl I usually see working is nothing but nice and helpful, she practically ran outside to help me bring my laundry in when she saw I had a baby with me. Also the prices are fair

It is the cleanest laundry mat around but they close whenever they feel like it so you might go there at 7 o’clock on a Sunday night , after you packed up all of your laundry and sprayed it with stain remover ( and it’s all of your clothes for the week so you have to wash it now ) but they’re closed so you have to go find another laundromat at 7:30 PM on a Sunday night . So definitely clean but that’s the only positive. If you go after work, the woman cleaning machines is clearly annoyed you’re there. And then she tells you you are only allowed to use a couple of machines because she is already cleaned the other ones

Great laundromat! Staff is great and very helpful. Owner is always willing to help too. Very clean. Never had a problem that wasn't solved on the spot. I highly recommend this place!

Staff and owner are extremely friendly! The laundry mat is super clean! I have dropped my laundry off and picked it up later in the evening, and I have stayed and done my own laundry. I have never had an issue. I highly recommend using this laundry mat!!!

Not very friendly... only speaking of one person that I've had the pleasure of being witness to her unpleasant attitude on more than one occasion. Also told a friend of mine that applied for a job that they don't hire males. . pretty sure that's not legal. 3 strikes for me. I will never step foot in that place again.

Absolutely love this place!! So clean, all the workers are so nice and helpful. The manager is so so nice and goes above and beyond to make sure everything works well. First laundry mat I ever went to and I will never go to another place. 5 stars and more is what I would give this place
